The room felt old and dirty.

We left in the middle of the night because we felt so unsafe!

Windows that didn't completely close with a room facing the freeway made for terrible night's sleep. Many of the people staying there were sketchy at best. Between the woman yelling in the hallway "Let me in" and "I want to go home" for what seemed like forever, to the pot smells inside and outside of the hotel we did not feel safe. Next time I will spend the extra twenty bucks and stay anywhere else.

The room was fine. We had to ask for hand towels and she stated that they don't put them in the rooms anymore?! It would have been nice if they put tissues and coffee makers in the rooms since there is none in the lobbies. Also when we checked out there was no workers in the building and a gate down over the check in desk!?

A clean good hotel. Quiet atmospher.

On 9/10/2025 around 10pm there was a domestic argument in room 329. Yelling, screaming, cursing, banging on the door. I almost call 911 but finally one party left the 3rd floor.

Upon arrival there was someone smoking a joint right outside the door Open drug use by several people who appeared to be homeless They were there with their shopping baskets hanging in the parking lot We felt VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

There were a bunch of older teens smoking pot out fromt when i arrived. Inside there were kids, unattended running and screaming. I had to phone the check in person. It was 11:00pm. The room was fairly clean. The bathroom was clean but no soaps. The oarking lot was terrible and dirty. I will never stay there again!!!

Very pet friendly

The property is a little ran down. Very minimal on towels and amenities. My room was dirty, toilet didnt flush until I turned the water back on to the tank. Attempted to reach maintenance to be told they would return in the morning. I had long term residents above me, banging, stomping, and bumping all nite long. Asked that they be told to quiet down, lasted about 20 minutes before they were back at it. Needless to say, I got no rest at all. I could not wait to check out and let someone know. Of course, no one was at the desk in the morning and it was locked down like Fort Knox. No one available after 10pm except by phone in the lobby. I would not recommend staying here more than a nite.

They didn’t tell us we have to pay for towels and a family of 5 with only two towels for 3 days is unacceptable. So of course we paid for more but that’s just crazy to me! Should have been stated b4 we booked. Most of staff was nice but the evening crew lady was very hateful and didn’t want to get off her phone to help anyone. Hi

Very nice staff and it was very accommodatable

Affordable but Understaffed – A Noisy, Chaotic Stay While the hotel's price was reasonable, the lack of staff made for a frustrating experience. Gangs were partying loudly right outside our room—literally in the parking lot—all night long, with no one to address the noise. Trying to check out early (at 8 AM!) was impossible—the front desk was completely closed, shut behind a metal roller door. We ended up just dropping our key in the glass box and leaving. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst experiences ever. Homeless encampment basically outside our window and noise all night long. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and insisted on booking online for a cheaper rate. The vending machines are crazy expensive.

I loved that there was a kitchenette in the room, the bed was very comfortable and they actually had fluffy pillows and soft clean bedding. Was not a fan of the fact that the shower head and water pressure was horrible, and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work at all so it made taking a shower very uncomfortable and like more of a task than a luxury. The last thing I need to note that I did not like about my stay is that housekeeping did not come and check on me during my stay which was 4 days, so clean towels, trash, any other needs or cleaning needed is done upon request if there is someone at the front desk when you call to request it. But overall, yes I would stay again.

Someone needs to be available in this area 24 hours a day. Two people having no fight in parking area. Needs security

Was a great hotel except for someone stealing out of my car and the hotel said they couldn't do anything

When we 1st book the room it stated that their was going to be grab and go breakfast. There wasn't. The room itself and the hallways smelled really bad. The hard wood floors were very dirty you had to where shoes at all times. When we opened the refrigerator it was dirty and smelled. There was no ice machine. The freezer has ice trays but the freezer also looked dirty. All that was given was a small bar of soap no shampoo. If you wanted Wi Fi you have to pay for it.
