Beautiful property and views!

Wonderful location that I can see the old town from my window. Hotel upgraded me to the Ocean View unit upon check-in.

All in all, this hotel was brilliant for our mini moon. The staff were lovely and friendly, the private beach area was so peaceful, the easy access to old town, the gorgeous panoramic views from the lounge, the spacious room. The only downside I would say is the quality of the buffet food. I'm not one to expect too much from a buffet but even still , in my opinion it was a little lacking. Despite this, because of all the incredible positives of this hotel, we will be back one day for sure. Thank you!

The breakfast was amazing. The elevators are insanely small for a hotel and trying to get to rooms with luggage. The fact that hotel doesn’t sell any water or soda at the little mart because it is not allowed to because of being in competition with the restaurant is ridiculous and bad for the guests. The service was horrible. The staff ignore every guest. And are just rude. For staff and hospitality I give it one star. The beauty of the location is 5 star. But without good staff it is no where near a 5 star hotel. That is make or break.

Location, perched on a hill at the opposite side from the old town has great sunset views. Needs upkeep, the night staff never answered tne phone. The restaurant staff, waiters and cooks were great. Room tv system could be better.

Hotel was everything we could of wanted and more. Lovely staff, food and views and not far from the Old Town for exploring

Best place ever! Great breakfast with Cappacino! Lots of choices for food buffet. Helpful staff! They even exchanged foreign money at the hotel counter. They would call us a cab whenever we needed it. Best experience ever!

Great location. Staff was excellent. Deluxe Seafront Room was split into 2 half’s which was odd and made walking around the bed very tight but otherwise a solid stay.

Staff were super friendly, cleanliness was top notch and there was so much to do there! Would highly recommend and will be back!

Had a change in travel plans so booked this property closer to travel time. Very high end property. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we checked in with our passports and they saw that my husband had been born in Croatia (now a Canadian citizen) they upgraded us to a junior suite, which was beautiful, with 2 bathrooms, a sitting area, a big bedroom and a large deck looking out on the water. I can honestly say we have never stayed in anything quite that fancy before, and we appreciated their generosity and customer service.

The views were spectacular. The service was spotty and food was pricey for what it was- compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Croatia.

Beautiful hotel.

Place is lovely and staff are great. Beautiful foyer and bar area to relax in. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms could be bigger and some areas do feel tight such as the elevators and hallways. Perhaps I’m used to different but that’s my observation. I’d also say that the restaurants could have a better and bigger menu. My palette is vast but this didn’t hit for me. Overall. I’d rate it very highly and the sea view is phenomenal.

The magnificent hotel is located on a cliff at the end of the road with sweeping views across the gorgeous sea with islands dotted around. You will be impressed at checkin. Short 10 min drive by uber or 15 mins by #4 bus - free with Dubrovnik city card €50 for 3 days, so just buy it as it includes everything except the ripoff monastaries). Rooms are a reasonable size with balconies looking across the Adriatic. Drink in hand you can sit and watch the sunset every day from your price balcony, holding your loved ones hands and score serious brownie points LOL. Okay this one got let down by the housekeeping staff - and big time! Twice our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask reception to have it cleaned (once at 6pm upon our return!). However the reception (Lorena) and restaurant staff (Mark Anthony Aeron and the others) were impeccable. Always welcoming with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Also it’s pricey with with nothing else about you’re kind of stuck unless you wanna walk down to Lapad promenade and be spoilt for choice. Oh and the beach is down there too. Short 3 mins by #4 bus and same back (3 stops Uvala Lapad). Facilities were excellent (swimming pool spa etc) and the hotel exuded an air of quality and luxury. With the singular exception of housekeeping, it was lovely stay in a discreet spa hotel retreat. Yes I would stay again.

This place was amazing! Incredible ocean views from the hedrooms. The rooms are a great size with lots of room to move around. Yhe breakfast was good nothing fancy. You are in a great area to walk to the beach and cute restaurants. Theres a bus thats about 15 mins to old town or a quick 5 min uber. Spa is amazing, outdoor pool was beautiful and icy cold! Staff super friendly and helpful. Gym is good to keep your workouts going.
