Overall a nice place. They were out of several options (all juice, some cereal and fruit) and the coffee was god-awful. No half and half. Besides that, its a decent place. Elevator is a bit sketchy, and the bathroom light *buzzes* very loudly. Room could have been cleaned better.

Mid-town. Hidden, yet so easy to get to! Modern hotel and well kept. Would definitely recommend to my friends and Family.

Peaceful and quiet!

great location. too much chlorine in pool for kids though. pulling two trucks with toys on the back was hard to park. we enjoyed the stay overall. room needed to be cleaned behind the doors, but was clean otherwise.

Everything was great, we had an issue with thermostat, but manager resolved it quickly

Rooms were pleasantly decorated. The beds were clean and comfortable. The Staff were very helpful with choosing local restaurants. Breakfast could have offered more selections such as fresh fruit.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. The breakfast was ok. We had the same food options both days. The pool was dirty and was highly chlorinated. The hot tub stank, seemed to have soap in it and is in need of being painted. The office chair in the room tried to kill me. When I sat in it it threw me backwards and if it wasn't for the bed I would have ended up in the floor. Beds were nice and ac worked well.

Excellent hotel at great value. Rooms are updated, very clean and comfortable. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty. I highly recommend

It was great staying midtown Ruidoso. I was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants.

I liked everything

Reception staff were great, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable of the area. We were here for the festival and we were able to walk there easily. Room was spacious, 2 Queen beds so easy to organize luggage. Bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. AC was easy to control. Would stay here again.
