Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The art work makes the stay very cozy. The breakfast was really good, and had good options (proteins, breads, spreads, fruit, juice, cereal, coffee, tea and muffins). The room had everything we needed and the sauna has a nice treat. The staff was kind and helpful. The surroundings are pleasant even in winter and most first time must see in Ottawa are accessible by foot.

Amazing breakfast selection on both days. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location is pretty perfect too (though included parking is VERY limited, there is a city parkade very close).

Great location. Walking distance to most museums. Byward Market practically at your door step. Very clean. Staff that make an effort. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast very disappointing. Bathrooms need updating. Walls and doors very thin. Request parking ahead of time as their lot is small and tight. City garage right next door.

The place is quiet and we enjoyed our one night stay. We will definitely come back again. It is close to all amenities.

Room was spacious, well laid out and comfortable. Location was convenient. Close to Rideau Centre and Byward Market. Would have been an easy public transit ride from train station or to the airport, but it’s true that OC Transpo is horrendous.

Stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Perfect location right downtown. Lots to do in walking distance. Clean rooms,nice accommodating staff and good breakfast. I will definitely stay there again.

Super convenient due to next to Byward Market, there not much parking in the building but no worry, there a public parking nearby too!! Love the breakfast

Byward Market is in walking distance. Parliament is about a 15 minure walk. Tomb of the unknown soldier about the same. Great location
