The hotel was clean & spacious, the beds were comfortable & the staff was friendly & helpful.

Service was fantastic. Since we were going to a wedding, we asked for an iron and an ironing board upon arrival, and got them in no time. The day after, we wanted to eat breakfast and, although it was way too late for breakfast, the receptionist let us have breakfast. Kudos to him for his excellent service. On the negative side, we were not able to shower since hot water supply was LIMITED : never ever seen this in any hotel

Great location except for the fact that it's not in downtown Grenoble. That's okay though as it's a short drive away or alternatively the nearest tram stop is literally across yhe road. Rooms are tidy and decently sized. We had a great stay here!

There were multiple things wrong with this hotel. 1. We were told there was no need to reserve a car space - when checking in there were no spaces left (we got there at 3pm so not late) and we had to park a distance away in a public parking lot that we later found out is not generally safe! 2. When booking I asked for a non-smoking room - when entering the room (even in the hall outside the room) the whole place stank of cigarettes. We went back to reception and explained the situation and were simply told that it is a non-smoking property and they can't help if people still smoke in their rooms. They also refused to move us to another room. We spent each night with the windows wide open to be able to sleep but this meant we could hear everything outside all night. 3. Internet - only cable internet is available in the rooms. Wifi only available downstairs in reception. Cable connection in the wall was loose and did not always work. For an aparthotel this place probably passes the bare minimum - bathroom, bed, air conditioning, small kitchenette, laundry downstairs. If you want to see Grenoble, don't stay here, stay closer into town as this is at the university end of town and too far to walk in (particularly in the rain as happened to us!) If you're passing through this will probably do - close to supermarket and petrol station and not far from the highway.

Good clean hotel with very competent and friendly staff. Well located for the tram and the walk from the hotel to the tram is perfectly fine, but we had some concerns about wandering too far in the area where the hotel is located. Good internet link (via cable). Secure underground car parking.

Wotrst hotel I have ever been to. I stayed one night and left. You have to pay extra for basic neccesities such as a towel, soap, tv etc

First off, I have to say that the hotel staff is phenomenal. They are very helpful, and especially one guy who I did not get his name. Definitely a comedian, and spoke English quite well. Secondly, the rooms are superb, small kitchenettes, decent bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Although the hotel does not have wifi, if you bring a computer they have free ethernet connections. The hotel is excellent, and it was a real treat to do some laundry! The location is terrible, it's nearby a ton of big box stores with nothing worthwhile in them. It's pretty far outside of town, but if you have a car, it's perfect. The underground secure parking was ideal. If you're traveling by backpack, don't stay here, if you've hired a car...I highly suggest it!

Tjs 1 bon accueil et un séjour de qualité.

Le seul point fort est l'accueil. Sinon la formule appart'hôtel est vraiment pratique avec une kitchenette équipée juste comme il faut. La propreté est globalement correcte si l'on s'accommode de l'odeur nauséabonde émanant de la douche et embaumant la chambre. Les nouvelles chaines TV n'ont pas été mises à jour et le coffre est inutilisable car les piles ont coulé dans le boîtier de commande. Le sommier a dû être victime d'un dégât des eaux avant même son achat, de quoi de questionner... et le matelas est décoré d'une énorme tache. Pratique, on peut louer un parking souterrain mais non privatif et non surveillé, avec 5 € de plus par nuit.

j ai paye le parking pour rien car a l accueil on m a dit qu' il sera ferme et sécurisé mais en réalité totalement ouvert tout mon sejour
