I saw a roach in the room, that should tell you how well the hotel is being managed. It looks just like any other nicer hotels on the outside but you could tell the hotel needs a major makeover the minute you enter the elevators, they have abt 24-30’’ dated tv in the room? Seriously?! The bathroom needs a facelift, could see the faucets all rusted and stained..

The property is so untidy, the bed sheets were smelling and the sofas were so badly maintained. I can see dark spots on them.. but the staff were good, very positive.

It’s terrible property. I don’t recommend anyone because the rooms smell too bad like fungus and mold. All rooms and bathrooms are horrible and the bathroom flush doesn’t work. No proper hot water. The only thing is good is breakfast.

Exceptional.

Lobby and facilities were good. Gym, Pool, Spa, In-room dinning. Appreciate it all. Rooms size were huge, only thing that could have been better is interior is old, and bathroom tiles were some chipped-off. It's just old not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was accessible to all places, good location and lot of space to walk, etc.

Clean and very spacious suite. Peaceful and quiet. Room service was excellent. Nice swimming pool.

Its a serene location and very calm and quiet area with excellent bar and restaurant. Also would recommend their SPA . Overalls its clean and neat except that it requires some upgrade to give it a fresh look as age is clearly visible in the property. Great breakfast option too

Lovely reception staff, very roomy comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely bed linen.
