Great hotel!

The tropical plants and trees were everywhere, even hanging over the heated pool. The heated pool was my favorite. The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious. It was a very safe environment. I give it a 5/5

I just filled that on our arrival they could’ve made us feel more welcome. For example, a welcome drink would’ve been nice.

Speechless… everything about this stay was beyond perfect! The pool is temperature-controlled and made for the most relaxing evenings—especially with a glass of wine after a long day. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful with every detail. Truly felt taken care of. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Disappointed in the response from an issue in our room. At 10 pm water started leaking from upstairs above our toilet, only solution was to move is to a next room for sleeping, had to wake up our friend who was already sound asleep. Next morning still had the leak and a large puddle of water. Didn’t even offer a coffee for our inconvenience

This beautiful hotel has exceeded all my expectations. It's very well located, walkable to all the places of interest. The staff members are very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle driver who took us to the airport was very professional and kind. Rooms are awesome and spacious, they have comfortable beds. It has a very nice swimming pool and gorgeous gardens. My main goal staying at this hotel was to relax and have a good time and it met these expectations. I highly recommend. You won't regret it.
