A great hotel that is convenient for airport bus ans not that far a walk to city center..

The property is old , room are totally open for sound and noice , you can listen the neighbor room like they are in your room . The company need to invest some money and renovate it .

Great place to say steps away from the major tourist center. Front desk, specially alexandro, were very friendly and helpful. Customer service was top notch. Room was comfortable, although some furnishings is dated.. Only negative was we didn't like the toilet flush mechanism.

Great location away from busy tourist area. Food store near by. Train station only 8 minutes away. Great selection of restaurants around. Newspaper stand to buy bus pass two corners away. Would definitely go again

The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. On the other hand prices are convenient, rooms are large and confortable, and the location is very good. The staff is excellent and very professional: a special thanks to the receptionists and to the cleaning lady (Rosa) for being so kind and effective.

Doskonale położony hotel. Wyposażenie nieco zużyte, ale pokoje i łazienki obszerne. Czysto. Śniadania jak to we Włoszech z przewagą słodkości i bez ciepłych dań, ale szynka i żółty ser są. Na krótki pobyt optymalny.

Right next to a very upscale street Liberty Avenue. Our room was cleaned every day. It had a fridge but the fridge didn't wo4j

everything is very old, in a dilapidated condition, the beds are not comfortable to sleep in, the furniture is bad, the shower head leaks in the bathroom, the carpet is very dirty, the night lamps are dirty!! We got a room that looks at the neighboring building, (we watch people eating ) there is no view as if we are in a bunker Very expensive sleep for such a bad accommodation!

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The shuttle bus coming from the airport stops at liberta croci not far from the hotel . The room was quiet big with lots of storage space, with a fridge and safe. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit every day , The hotel is kept clean, I definitely would stay here again. This is a 3 star hotel as stated on the website .

Although dated,the facilities were functional and the room was clean Space between the shower and toilet was minimal so someone with mobility problems would need to take extra care. Sadly ,the soundproofing between the room and next door was extremely poor with intrusive noise for some of the late evening Breakfast included a reasonable variety of plentiful food though nothing hot (but it was Continental !) Away from the historical centre but not by much and easily accessed by bus You buy a 2 3 4 or 5 day ticket from tobacconists or dedicated kiosks The multi use ticket is fully inserted into a machine behind the driver and is popped back out for you to retrieve The route the bus takes is displayed at each bus shelter

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, despite reading a few negative reviews. Very good value for money.

This hotel is VERY outdated.

Hotel muy bien ubicado pero con una gran falta de mantenimiento, podria ser una joya pero hace falta mantenimiento y remodelacion, personal muy amable, que pena el estado del hotel cuando por su ubicacion y con mejoras seria un gran hotel

The area was very nice, close to the centro historico. The bed was super hards, very noisy neighborhood. Staffs were very helpful and respectful.

This is a budget option, so don't expect fancy decor or 5 star facilities. However, it is very well situated for a simple walk into the heart of Palermo and opposite the stop (Croci) for the airport bus, it is clean and has very friendly staff, who sorted out the things that weren't working in our room when we arrived. The room was huge with a well-stocked bathroom; there is plenty of breakfast and a supermarket a few yards away. And Palermo is a great city, so we were pleased with our choice.
