The lady at the front desk was friendly but seemed a bit unorganized, which made check-in take a little longer than expected. The room itself was okay, though the AC could have been colder. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave, which made it a little inconvenient, and there were no outlets or chargers near the bed. You can also hear quite a bit of noise from outside and the neighboring rooms. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

We have stayed here before and the place is clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a nice little breakfast provided in the morning with pancakes, bagels, English muffins, toast, fruit cups, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereal and more. There’s also a nice pool. It’s not fancy but for the price, you can’t beat it. It’s our go to in Port Charlotte!

This motel was very nice and affordable…the pillows and beds are extremely comfortable!! Very clean and great water pressure in shower!! Will visit this motel again! Friendly staff too! I would definitely recommend this motel.

The hotel was nice as well as the staff… however we did not have a good stay.. we checked in late at 8PM went to dinner came back at 10PM then went to bed.. lost power at 2AM with no lights, TV, AC etc. It was horrible for our one night stay and we were very uncomfortable…. In addition, we were on the third floor and had to take the stairs up and down since the elevator didn’t work! Unfortunately our one night stay didn’t turn out good. We checked out around 8AM and there was still no power restored… it was extremely difficult for us. It was a bit of a nightmare… We would like to be refunded for our night stay and get a future night free for the inconvenience. Thanks, Anisa Rivera

We checked in Friday night. Tuesday before 9pm the hotel lost power. Looking out the window, we could see EVERYONE had power but us. By 11:15pm, power still had t been restored. It’s 90degrees outside and the hotel is hot and humid. I call FPL to get an update on the power being restored. They tell me that no one had contacted them regarding a power outage. I check with the front desk who says they contacted the GM when the power went out and was waiting on them to respond. I request to be moved to a sister hotel that actually has power and was told they would text the GM, never heard another thing. I called Wyndham customer service around 11:30pm requesting to be moved to a hotel with power. I am told because I booked through Expedia, they cannot change my booking. I reiterate that it is their hotel that has no power, no a/c, no hot water and it’s 90 degrees outside. I’m told someone will get back to me within a week. I was told to contact Expedia, which I did, and they too say they cannot make changes to my reservation even though I’m asking to be moved to a hotel with electricity as I have two children. The next day, power is restored at 4am. At 8am, I hear the transponder blow and power goes out again. Now they’ve shut off the water. The bottom floor looks like it had flooded as they have large fans used for drying and all the hotel room doors were open. I checked with the front desk who says power will be restored by 4:00pm. We leave as it is too miserable to stay here.

Location was good for us as we were near to our relatives home. The room was clean and good size. We like the frames on the walls with history of area. We think the AC was out in the lobby and elevators but the a/c in the room worked well. The staff was friendly. It fit our needs.
