I paid for a premium room and was put on the 1st floor which was right above the metro line. As a result, every 3/4 minutes you would hear the subway and the room would vibrate a bit. For over €200 per night this should not be happening - especially when they don’t tell you before booking.

The staff were really welcoming, the rooms were spotless and clean , the hotel itselfs was very cleans. A very safe hotel, close to the metro station

Staff was great.However we did have issues with our power going out.

Location is fantastic. Paris hotel rooms can be small, and while this one is, it has a good layout and there was enough room to move around and for our luggage. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place! The area is adorable and very close to Montmarte. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The room is not so big, but I think that is standard for Paris. It had everything we needed and a very comfy bed. Also a very quiet location (we lived on the 4th floor) and lastly, very cool with a passcode to the door instead of key. Would definitely use Sonder again, both in Paris and other cities!

The staff at the hotel is extremely accommodating and kind. The croissants set out for guests, free water, clean rooms, and so much more made our first stay in Paris smooth and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and nice. The elevator, the room and the bathroom were small but that’s something common for the price point. The carpet in the room had some stains.

We enjoyed 4 days at the hotel that was in a perfect location for eating great food and going to nice bars as well as being in walking distance from all the things we needed and wanted to see. The hotel condition was great and the staff were extremely helpful with everything we needed. We would definitely return here!

Nice clean place and staff were friendly and helpful. Only slight drawback is noisy bars across the street but these were not too loud from inside the room.

Carpet stained, chair stained, thin walls so we could hear all our neighbors were doing, loud outside

The hotel is a on a street with many bars so it’s pretty loud at night.

The only good thing of this property was teh location and the friendly staff at the reception. Housekeeping service very poor. 1. They did not change the towel / When making up the bed, they left the pillows on the floor /

Okay for solo, young travellers. Comfy beds, helpful staff. However, the rooms are quite noisy at night being adjacent to bars & restaurants.

Good location, comfortable and cosy room

The receptionists were friendly, we couldn't check in early but they kept our bags for us, everything was great, public transportation around the corner and lots of restaurants nearby.

Rooms were shabby and the location in a very seedy unsafe area. Would never go back.

Overall good - rooms smaller and much less luxurious than the website photos suggest. No view from room (I am sure we selected a view room but the view was of the outside wall) so no natural light. Coffee machine was broken and poured water all over the table and our clothes that were over the nearby chair. Shower very small, especially for my 6’4 other half. Staff very friendly and great area.

Great stay and great area to enjoy yourself. Night life is right outside the door and many places are walkable. Hotel was cozy and the staff was amazing.

Property was in a convenient area where there's local restaurants and cafes nearby. The pharmacy and metro were also near by. Nice walk over to Montmartre and the Basilica of Sacre Coeur was less than 15 minutes with cute shops along the way.
