Was a very nice stay quiet hotel just would have loved the room AC to be a little cooler but besides this everything was very clean staff and breakfast was good

The management is unprofessional The first couple of days were ok buffet Style breakfast. After that food was ration To one plate per guest. Stayed for 6nights on Sep302024 when we asked for Clean sheets manager said is not possible and And to Take my business somewhere else. Also water was reduced to 2hrs in the morning 2hrs in the evening. They offered a discount when we said how can you clean a bathroom without water.. very unsanitary way of cleaning. Felt so bad for ladies working there.

it has only one elevator to reception and its very small, days when the hotel is busy its impossible to get to reception

My stay at One Hotel was pleasing. The room and view was nice, so was the food. The hotel is in a good area. I had a problem with the laundry service. It would help to speak Spanish.

No quisieron hacerme válido un día un desayuno porque "no estábamos en la lista" a pesar de que ese fue el paquete que adquirí. El último día tocaron a la puerta a las 8am para que ya me saliera cuando el check out es a las 12.

Great place for overnight!

We had to be in Acapulco for an early morning medical appointment, so we went the day before and stayed overnight at ONE hotel on the Costera. What a great location! Lots of restaurants nearby and a Walmart basically across the street for some fun shopping. We love the buffet breakfast, especially the chilaquiles and the hot cakes, as well as the fresh fruit. The pool area is lovely and clean. The hotel is super quiet at night, and always clean. This is our only choice when we need to be in Acapulco.

Just stayed for one night but were very happy, free breakfast was very good, pool and surrounding were very clean. Hotel is a little awkward to get into but still ok. Rooms was very clean and modern but small.

Nicely located hotel, close to shopping, many restaurants and close to the beach, Facilities need renovation, specially towels and decoration. Pool is too small, with no service in the pool area. Was not able to use pool for limited space within 3 days - dissapointing.

NO ACCESSIBLE ROOM ON ARRIVAL ALTHOUGH NEW HOTEL FAMILY ORIENTED HOTEL WITH MANY FAMILIES AND CHILDREN NEAR SHOPS /EATING PLACES GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY FREE WIFI BE PREPARED FOR EARTHQUAKES WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN
