If you’re a Beatles fan this hotel is heaven ❤️ If you’re not a Beatles fan it’s still an excellent hotel perfectly positioned. The staff can’t do enough for you Eric and James were fantastic. Room was lovely Breakfast really nice Bar excellent. The Beatles theme is really something very special.

Hotel is great, really well decorated and welcoming. Good, central location. Room was comfortable, spacious and all the necessary amenities. TV didn’t have any usual channels for some reason. Loved the firm mattress but would’ve liked the pillows to be more plush. I thought it would be noisy but the volume decreased after 10:30 on Saturday night! Staff are friendly and welcoming, helpful and looked after us throughout. Didn’t eat there, so can’t comment on the food. Not the best shower - water pressure/ temperature fluctuates often.

Everything was really good, location is excellent. Little hiccup at breakfast as on both days the coffee machine didn’t work but the staff soon made coffee in the back and brought it out . Would highly recommend.

Door staff was rude: We had a night booked in Liverpool with friends. Around 12:30am they ordered an Uber and waited outside our hotel. Our friend needed to use the toilet, and the door staff refused entry because she didn't have a key "and was not a customer". They eventually left in the taxi, only for the same door staff to let 2 young lads in to use the toilets in the lobby. When we asked, he said it's because we tried to sneak them into our room, even though it was only her and her husband stayed outside.?! Just a weird interaction.

What a fantastic experience we had staying at this hotel, everything was better than expected! The staff, the room, omg the room was amazing, more like a suit than a room (510) and the breakfast was absolutely spot on. Both my wife and myself could not say anything negative about the Hard Days Night Hotel. It is perfectly sited for everything the city center has to offer, shopping, dining and the Beetles quarter has to be simply one of the best night out anywhere, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Our second stay at the hard days night comfortable room as expected and nice and clean friendly staff as always. Only downside this time our room was closer to Mathew Street so was very loud outside the opposite side of the hotel is better

We booked a delux room. The room was ok but the shower was not useable. The first day was dribbling out and cold due to the water pressure. The second and final day was unusable. Very disappointing! The hotel reception and common areas were good. The bedroom area was very dated.

Everything clean and well presented. Lots of beatles memorabilia. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful Some paint work needed in the room. Breakfast good. Perfectly located for the cavern club, literally around the corner. Centrally located for docks, train station.

Didn’t like air conditioning not working, last year when I went the same! A very hot day, No fridge, no drinking water, no drinking glasses for the water we bought. Curtain missing in dressing room area sun streaming through made it very hot, rooms not made up you had to ask via displaying a door tag, lack of attention to detail however staff good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Luggage drop off was efficient, both at the start and end of our stay. Location is perfect. We didn't use the bar or restaurant so can't comment on those. Room was great and the bathroom was excellent TV channels were a bit hit and miss and didn't always work. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again..

The hotel is very dark, carpet is wearing thin on the staircase, the room was dark and gloomy could not see to get ready no natural daylight in the room we were allocated, the window faced a tunnel of buildings - we mentioned this to the reception staff asked if an extra lamp could be put in the room? nothing came. The room was not cleaned while we were there either on the Sunday morning we went for breakfast (9/9.15am) and put the relevant door hanger on the outside of the door, when we came back from breakfast it was still there, we left in hanging on the door whilst we were out during the day, when came back early evening it was still there - these rooms are not cheap. Some staff were polite and friendly others not so at breakfast we had to pay there was no please and thank you just "you need to pay now" no receipt was offered or given Bar staff on the Saturday evening evening were friendly however when it closed they advised that the reception bar was still open - but there were no staff manning this bar - I remember the last time we stayed here this happened then also. We have stayed at this hotel many many times over the last 20 years unfortunately have to say this will probably be the last. Upon check out we were never asked if everything was ok during the stay, we wanted to pay cash for the room however they had taken the balance off the card which was swiped at check in - but were never advised this was going to be the case at check in

Everything was good -breakfast could have been better, a little too greasy and very few fresh options. The hotel should invest in a second coffee machine.

They wouldn't allow me to cancel even though they could have resold the room ten times over so here's a terrible review. Stayed here many times, but will never do so again. Hotels.com were absolutely zero assistance either, so I won't be using them again either.
