Overall, the hotel was excellent. What disappointed me was that the hotel's refund of the 500 RMB deposit took three days to reach my account. In fact, it's been two weeks since the refund arrived. Whether they're being dishonest or the refund system is complicated across borders, I don't know. For other guests, I recommend simply depositing cash for a more secure refund process.
