Lovely facility!

Well I enjoy going there all the time when I stay in Fort Collins cause it's by a lot of different places to eat and also like that you can even walk to them if needed to also they have a hot tub and swimming pool to get in and relax and have some fun

Hottub not working and cold swimming pool dirty breakfast nothing there everything was empty

A very clean facility, nice pool and great breakfasts.

The hotel was easy to get to easy to park the front desk. Staff was very friendly. It was clean. Enjoyed the pool. The free breakfast was really good right next-door as an IHOP, which is convenient. We would definitely stay again for this price.

The guy up front was so nice and full of information. The bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home. The room was clean and quiet. U til I could hear kids running above me. I called the front desk and it was done quick. Thank you for caring about me trying to sleep at 10:30 when I hear running above me so late! The breakfast was good I wish u guys had chocolate milk !! Thank you guys

The staff was very friendly! They offered us plates when we had pizza delivered, and made sure we were satisfied before going back into our room. We stay at this hotel every time we come to Fort Collins. We love this one.

Staff at check in was rude. Phone in room didn’t work. 1 staff member was happy to have maintenance take care of it, mentioned it to other staff the next morning (who had checked us in the first night) rudely stated that he didn’t know if they can do anything about it. Maintenance came in the next day and was polite. Honestly the stay would be a 4.5 star if you get rid of that 1 staff member.

Staff was extremely inviting and polite. Rooms were clean and warm. Only downfall was the heater was loud. Other than that....definitely will stay again.

Last time we stayed it was under construction but still payed about the same price. The staff this time was awesome!! Very polite and funny!! We will go back for them!

Good hotel - we stayed here last year and it has excellent staff at reception and a seamless check in. Clean and good sized rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast is ok - with some healthy options available.

Very clean and rooms were very nice!

Our room was fairly noisy...it faced E Harmony and our upstairs "neighbors" were very heavy on their feet. Bathroom tile could use a deeper cleaning. Otherwise, okay. First stay here, pretty much on par with other like priced hotels in the area.
