Good business hotel

I liked everything

In general it’s a good hotel. The staff is gentle. Negative points: the pool water is cold as well as the “hot tube”. We chose the hotel for the hot tube but couldn’t ever use it. When we tried to use the sauna it was cold s well. We mentioned these problems a few times to the staff without success. Finally, the price of the breakfast is not the one advertised on Expedia. Instead of 200 MX per person, we payed up to 280 MX depending on the day. Regular price was 230 MX. Again, complaining to the hotel did not help.

Loved everything! The bed was so comfortable!

The hotels, beautiful, the service was excellent, the rooms are very spacious, AC and Wi-Fi working perfectly fine, it’s right by the highway towards Veracruz so it’s very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and affordable.

Everything was great… except: I chose this property even though it was much farther than other hotels to the place we had to be everyday. I did so because it was listed as having a jacuzzi hot tub. This was important to me because my son was playing in a tournament and needed to be able to soothe and rest his tired muscles in the hot water each night. As it turns out, the hotel doesn’t really have a hot tub. It is just a small pool that is the same temperature as the big pool. While it’s not cold, it definitely isn’t hot. I feel very misled by the amenities list.

at teh reseption at teh moment of teh check out, the person did notgeive me the recip, and I was distracted, and did not ask for it, can you help me to receive the receipe pay in full?

No heating (thermostat was locked, technician came and unlocked it but air always came out COLD, in the end they admitted it is just not equipped to heat, BEWARE!). No bathrobes or slippers available. Limited and out of reach electric plugs.

The hotel is located in an amazing spot since it avoids most of the traffic of the city while also enabling quick connections to the inside part of town. Staff, facilities and amenities are definitely top rated.
