Clean, safe place to stay en route. Not a very walkable location as nearby streets lack sidewalks but with a car and easy parking it was an as expected location to stay when we didn’t make it as far as planned.

For one night it’s okay. The beds are not so comfortable and the breakfast is average.

Great hotel and staff, if you rent a car - it will be amazing. If not, you may have some difficulty getting rides from city center, but can easily ask a restaurant or store to call a taxi if needed. Fantastic hotelstaff and very clean.

The location felt a bit iffy - in an industrial area. Yet it was easy to drive downtown for dinner. I’m not sure if there was bus service. If not, one would need a car or taxi. There were many offerings for breakfast, including eggs which we appreciated. The coffee however, came from a machine and had a weird taste.

Very nice clean hotel with accommodating staff.

This property was located away from downtown, which was great for a quiet neighborhood. Parking was ample and free. Breakfast had several options every morning and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend for anyone traveling to the region of Parma.

The hotel its normal for USA standard , no laundry available , Hotel and restaurant staff are not very happy to welcome you so you feel unwelcome but other than thats it’s alright , not that of a bargain on the price so they should do better

The Holiday inn express had its quality it’s known for, the breakfast was amazing! But we could not secure a taxi and had to walk 20min with luggage to the hotel that was far from everything. It’s great if you have a car, but we did not, and public transportation stops long before the hotel. The staff were able to arrange taxis for the rest of our stay.

The staff was remarkably friendly. The food in the restaurant at night was fantastic and the continental breakfast was good as well.

This Hotel has good parking for large vehicles. The man at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room was not good. We ate in the restaurant and the waiter was very good and was also there at breakfast. The man and woman on reception at check out were not so friendly and quite dismissive when we were trying to get Wi-Fi in the reception area. Couldn’t be bothered to help.

Clean, nice staff, comfortable beds, nice room.

The Hotel is nice and clean. The room was a good size and nice. The only thing is the walls can be a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has a nice menu. Everything is a 4 or 5 minute drive or the front desk will call you a taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for five nights as our base for exploring the region and it was perfect for us! Walkable to the old town, staff- especially Luigi, were exceptionally helpful and patient with our minimal Italian. The breakfast buffet had a great range and made for a satisfying start to the day. Highly recommend!

I asked the afternoon receptionist for an external hotel for Dinner his attitude and facial and expression and response made my friends and I discussed and agree not to use the hotel again.

Clean and comfortable. Firm bed and good quality linens. Convenient location with parking and breakfast included. Great value for the price.
