being told i had to have a credit card for room condition after i had prepaid for room two weeks in advance. Obviously, the chain does not trust their customers. Also , a request for $25.00 deposit per animal. I have never had a pet in an establishment. I have never been so insulted, been staying in hotels,motels for more than 60 years!

The front desk clerk was very helpful. Our room was very clean.

It was my daughter 17 year old birthday and she visited mystic falls center in town it was very lovely

Bedbugs in our room

Very close to Main street in Covington. It was very quiet and the hotel staff were courteous and knowledgeable about the area.

Staff was friendly and helped u out with room itinerary. Check out was easy as well. Would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Atlanta for traveling.

The front desk person was very nice. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of marijuana, so we went back to the desk and they gave us some spray to spray the room. Interesting that there are signs everywhere saying 'no smoking'. It was very obvious that the previous guests smoked marijuana in our room

Walls are thin, as in you can hear everyone above, beside, and below you.
