I asked for changing my room because I couldn'open the window (too hot) and it was noisy (bad window isolation).

Room was serviced despite a do not disturb sign on the door. Pillows were awful. Restaurant good and staff were helpful.

Was nice and the people was a five star

The staff were amazing and a highlight of my stage. Close to tram line but 30-40 minutes by tram to the city Center. The hotel was clean. Not sure what amenities are around the hotel as I did not get an opportunity to explore. Reasonably close to airport. Thanks the staff for a great stay.

Don’t eat at the restaurant. Had a Cesar salad and fish and chips! Awful!!! Good wine though

Vieille chambre avec vieille baignoire et mitigeur thermostatique qui fonctionne très mal. Le pire c'est que l'hôtel m'a fait payé la chambre à l'arriver et en parallèle, ils ont débloqué la somme sur hôtels.com du coup 2 paiement MAIS ils ont refusé de me rembourser : une poursuite en justice et en cours

Je ne trouve pas la carte du restaurant à mon goût et elle est fortement limitée de plus au vu de ce que j'ai pris lors de mes différents séjours le restaurant n'est pas d'un bon rapport qualité prix en revanche le PDJ est très bien

The hotel has great access from/to highway. There are several restaurants nearby, we went to Leon(3 min walk), had mussels and frites….great service, food above average. It met out needs for our long road trip to Paris from Spain

Hotel tranquilo, cerca del centro con un servicio muy atento. Lamentablemente no nos limpiaron la habitación ninguno de los 3 días...

We needed a hotel to pass the night on our way to our final destination. The hotel was really comfortable. Perfect.

Very spacious free parking lot.

Second time here, perfectly located for passing by on the way to/from Spain. Surprised to see a rollway bed for my 2 year old installed on the room, plus every change made for COVID made us feel safe. Great service again from the night clerk.
