I was not refunded or given any creditc for the unused nights from my trip. Nobody seemed to be bothered to offer any sort of compensation for the unused nights when I had to check out early due to a death in my family. Terrible customer service, I would never recommend anyone to stay with Holiday Inn and especially this property. The AC vents in the room were also broken.

Paid for a suite. Had no utensils or dishes. The freezer door wouldn't close. The shower head was falling off, the bathroom fan was super loud. Continental breakfast was barely edible. Pool was cold. I see no reason to ever come back here.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Milton! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent—close to major highways, restaurants, and sports facilities. It’s a perfect choice for sports teams or group stays, with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere. The pool was a nice bonus, though it could have been a bit warmer. Overall, a solid, comfortable place to stay with good value for the price.

Really enjoyed my stay here. If you want your stay to be peaceful, clean and have great hospitality, this is where you go. Respectful, polite and easy to approach staff. Clean room with good AC. Complimentary breakfast was good too.

The advertised rate did not stay the same for the 4 days in a row. Very disappointing . Making it unaffordable. Forced to go elsewhere.

Property was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, pool was excellent, breakfast wasn't great but I've had worse ( they deep fry the bacon and the juice is watered down). Only downside was we had to ask for towels for our room and pool every day and staff were reluctant to deal with a loud group next to us that was making noise until 1am but they eventually dealt with it after my husband spoke to the room himself, called the front desk once, and went down to the front desk twice. Overall, the stay was excellent for the price we paid. I would stay here again with my family.

Area is quiet… customer service superb

The hotel was good. Location was good. Breakfast can be improved as it felt like eating from a machine.

We enjoyed the stay here. The staffs were helpful. The room was clean. The free breakfast was good with a good variety of selections. I feel that it is a good value for the price that I paid.
