All good, not so busy in the hotel. Relax zone/ SPA nice, water bit colder for a youngers, but soune nice and not packed. Food rich and sufficient, wide selection.

It's one of the best hotels accessible from zilina. The room is spacious and nice, but not soundproofed. Sounds of conversation and movement in the room next door can be felt as vibrations. The bed is old and the mattress is not level, so it is tilted or sagged. There is no free water provided in the room, so be sure to prepare it in advance. The minibar is also empty.

The bed was dirty the floor was dirty the curtains were dirty and the carpet had dirty smell

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was excellent and informative and just down right nice. Wish we could have stayed here longer. Went to the Sky Bar there and the bartender there was excellent. He was just awesome. we were treated awesome here!!! Thank you!

Easy parking (paid), quick and friendly check-in! Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Nice gym on the top floor and the delicious restaurant and bar Pancha on top floor. The service was incredible with one staff member who exemplified five-star service. This was a great stay!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. We had a great experience from check in to check out with all staff very helpful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from with very good coffee! Despite its size the hotel did not feel crowded and everybody we met was lovely and very welcoming!

The hotel is not well maintained. The curtain in the room is torn. In the bathroom is missing a light bulb. One day they forgot to clean the room and provide towels. One other day they forgot to wash the cups of tea. The pool at the spa is only open in the afternoon

Modern hotel with good resturant. Staff was very accommodating. The hotel is centrally located. Overall satisfied with this hotel. Price was reasonable. Would book in the future.

I stayed there just for one night, but it's very nice hotel..... It's clean and the stuff is nice too! I recommend this hotel.

In general it is a nice hotel. What is not confortable is the bath where you need to take a shower. Small space to stand. I had low signal internet in room 603. And no soap next to shower. For these reasons it is not the best review from my side

The best hotel in Zilina so far

The upgrade to Studio was amazing! Nice staff, good breakfast, access controlled parking outside and underground (plus car wash), relaxing and good spa facilities and pool. Situated nearby train station and lot of shops and supermarkets. Fast internet connection. Totally recomment it!
