We stay here a couple times a year and it never disapoints. I have 3 young kids so the extra space in the suite is perfect for us and being able to give the kids a separate space. It's always clean and the staff is great!

We need a place to stay on our way home. The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean and cool. It was a very hot day so we were thankful for the air conditioning.

There was such a foul odor in the room. As we were packing up to leave, we noticed what looked like mold around the air vent. I tried air freshener, but nothing would get rid of the smell. Every other room and hotel was booked, or we would have went elsewhere.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Offered suggestion on dinner options in Goodland. Hair dryer in bathroom was broken-evidence that it had been dropped multiple times, and when plugged in sparked and immediately overheated. Stool in bathroom was broken and there had been an attempt at some point to repair the bad flusher by bending the rod. (???) Lots of dead flies on the windowsills in the breakfast area. (lots=over 15)
