Overall the hotel looks nice, breakfast was great, outdoor space is tasteful, for the cost of our stay we didn’t expect to share our room with a cockroach that’s the downside of our stay! We showed front desk the video we took. She offered us to switch rooms, have housekeeping in to clean and take $50 off our room fee. Think they could have offered a better discount

This has been a regular pick of mine. people there are great!

There is fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Confirmed our late arrival by phone the day we were due to arrive. We taxied to the hotel at midnight to be told we were being taken to another location because they oversold. Very frustrating. As an IHG member I expected better customer service. I can’t rate the hotel but the staff was pleasant enough.

Rooms are a decent size with the pullout couch in the lounge area. Would be nice with a door on the bedroom to separate sleeping for kids. Facility was clean, breakfast ok, pool fine until it needed to be closed down for sanitary reasons.

Very good place to stay in.

We had a lovely stay here. We found that the hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, too. I definitely recommend it and would go back for another stay.

Quite and nice place to stay.

Only negative review i have, is the swimming pool was pretty dirty. Strands and clumps of hair, and dirt particles. I informed the staff and it was cleaned promptly.

Check in was absolutely terrible.

The hotel was not what the picture showed, very small pool, smaller rooms than expected. The hotel was nice and clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Just think it was overpriced for what we actually got.

Pool a little dirty but everything else was great

I booked the hotel because they had a shuttle from the airport. That was a nice convenience. Unfortunately,I would not rate the driver well. It is illegal to hold and use your phone while driving. Aside from that gentleman, all staff were very nice and helpful.

Very polite staff, and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room did not work and the bathroom sink water wouldn't go down the drain. The filters in the air conditioner unit looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year....I cleaned them. I expected more for almost $300 a night.

It was a great place to stay, however was disappointed that there was no treadmill in the gym.
