I had to leave early due to a weather event at home coming in earlier than expected. When I checked out, I was told that I needed to contact the booker and I would be issued a refund for the night I could not stay. When I contacted the booker the next morning, this hotel told them they didn't process my check out until the next morning, so I'm ineligible for a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was a quick trip but was perfect for my stay.

Two night stay this time (we have stayed here before) and it was fine. Only complaint was a slow -- but not clogged -- drain in the shower. Room had a full size fridge, which we really like. Strangely, the closet has doors that open both to the room itself, and to the bathroom, which is quite interesting. We will likely stay again if we have to come this way.

No issues to speak of. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room is nice, lots of room. Weight room is small but has the essentials.

STAFF phenomenal and bed/pillows were of high quality. If ever back this way, this is where I would stay.

Room were nice sized. Staff was friendly. Our room needed updates, paint bad, shower and bathroom not great, weird smell in the restroom and hotel room in general, expected better/cleaner rooms for price.

I stay here when I come to Jacksonville. It is convenient for us to food and places that we like to visit. staff is great I keep coming back

The landscaping is very unprofessional. The dog park was overgrown when we got there and the grounds look like it is being cared for by people who do not know how to mow, edge, or blow. very unappealing compared to the rest of the community.
