Two issues with this property—slick surface in shower and broken window latches.

This was the most beautifully done hotel we’ve stayed at. The building and the grounds were stunning.

Stay was great overall, only a little dirt on the floors in the bathroom and no towels in the pool area. Nice rooms, tho.

Newly remodeled, very nice. No elevator but staff said it was coming soon.

This Hotel was soooo nice. It checked EVERY BOX!! The room was very nice, the pool and hottub were awesome. The breakfast was amazing, Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage gravy, biscuits, hb eggs, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, oh heck so much more. The Front desk employees were very helpful.

The Inn is nicely positioned near Lake Billy Chinook, Smith Rock and Kah Ne and Tah Hot Springs. It was very clean and the free internet fast. The hot breakfast provided offered every food you could think of and all was very delicious. Having a Safeway, directly across the street, was an extra bonus, as well.

Clean! Was able to do our laundry. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!

This was an unexpected gem in the unlikeliest of places. I was on a solo trip to go hike at John Day Fossil Bed near the Painted Hills and wanted accommodations within 2 hours. Madras is a pretty little town and my stay at the Inn at Cross Keys Station was comfortable. The inn has a rustic feel and close to all necessary amenities— food, groceries and convenience store. The staff at the Inn is friendly, courteous and helpful. The weather was gorgeous. I was scheduled to spend 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Worth it! Will definitely be staying again.

Always easy to stay here. Swimming pool is nice. Not much in area. Parking is crazy. Breakfast is good.

Location was very good from main highways. Close to shopping/dining. The breakfast needed help ( food was just barely warm and needed better seasoning). Fresh fruit would be nice.

Loved the friendly staff Good sized room with a love seat for both of us to sit So many motels just have one chair so one person sits on the bed i hate those kinds of rooms

We stay at the cross keys every time we pass through Madras. We like the location and the decor. This trip the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable.
