Only the bathroom has an unreasonable design of the shower and toilet. Everything else is fine.

It 's a nice decision to celebrate our 12th year in this place. Peaceful, calm, slightly away from the busy area of Hanoi. Nice staff too 👍.

Spacious room, clean, good service staff. Air conditioner in the room is difficult to adjust so the room is a bit cold. Breakfast is ok.

Everything is perfect with only 1 point except the morning of 6am the loudspeaker is turned on so it is impossible to sleep even though it is very tired 😭

The view of West Lake from the room was very serene. Since the hotel is located at the far end of the lake, it is also more quiet. I like the traditional design of the room. A good choice if you are tired of the busy Old Quarter of Hanoi and wants to relax near the big lake. Breakfast was good with many Korean food options (since there are many Korean tourist) and also local Vietnamese selections.
