This place is definitely intended for long-term stays. The little kitchen is adorable.

Very friendly and clean, Quiet neighborhood. The structure is obviously not brand new, but not run down either. This wasn't our first nor last time staying here.

Booked online. Chose this property because of close proximity to destination. Facility dated and not well maintained. Elevator door make loud noise each time it closed. Check in was poor. Person at desk asked the same questions for each of two rooms. “Would you like a late check out?” If I did not need late check out on first room I didn’t need on second room! I reserved 2 rooms each with 2 queen beds. During check in I clarified that both rooms were 1 queen beds. My in laws went to first room then I checked into second room. In laws went to their room and it took several minutes to get second one. My wife and daughter went to second room and it only had one bed!!! Came back down to desk and just told ‘sorry’. No attempt to correct or compensate for error. Over all disappointed. Cost of over $200 per night seemed excessive for what we got. I’ve stayed in $89 rooms that were much nicer.

It worked well for what we needed

My initial reaction wasn’t good. I checked in, and got to my room where the thermostat was, no joke, set at 92! The room wouldn’t cool off after I turned the thermostat off and the wall unit to cool. I opened the window and still was too hot.

The temperature control unit didn't work properly. It started at 63 degrees. Wouldn't respond to wall thermostat. When the thermostat on the unit was turned up, it took hours to warm the room up. Then it kept going up to 77 degree. Then it took hours to go back down some. Then in the middle of the night, the fan started cycling off and on in 30 second cycles blowing a cold draft down on the bed farthest away. That went on for hours. The bathroom door wouldn't latch. So if you shut it, it just drifted open a few inches immediately.

Property was average. Could use some renovations or at least modern conveniences, like USB charging. Staff appeared to be decent

The bed was comfortable, but the TV was no larger than a 27-32 inch. And it’s quite far from the bed. TV’s these days are not very expensive, I was surprised they have not upgraded to a larger one.

My bathroom didn’t work all night. Airconditioning had issues. I paid 250 through Expedia and if it wasn’t for the night desk worker I would have had to pay more as the person he called for help wanted to charge me more and not honor what I paid online. I over heard his end on the phone. 250 dollars that cost a lot of money and to not even have a toilet. This was a poor experience… and money lost I’ll never get back

Convenient

I made a reservation but due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to move it one night forward. I spent an hour on the phone with the booking party and more time talking to the desk clerk at the hotel. The matter was resolved, then due to the inability of the hotel to process the $10.89 difference in rate with the booking party, the issue became more complicated than before. This simple request seemed to escape the capacity of the desk agent, so I called the manager who said the reservation was moved and there is no problem. When I arrived at the hotel tonight the same desk clerk insisted on charging me $189 to stay. I am furious and to make matters worse, I paid for two nights but am only staying one, and I am a REPEAT customer! I’ve stayed twice a year for the past 10 years! Well, that is gonna come to an end to be sure.

I thought the property would be in better condition than it was.

Our room smelled like stale food, carpet was sticky, only one chair and it had oil on it from other people’s hair. A repair man who didn’t speak English well came by at 7:30 to look at our air conditioner and it made us very uncomfortable. Later front desk called to see if air worked because he told her it wasn’t.
