Very nice clean place to stay. Had everything we needed!!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy! Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast offered limited options for those with gluten or dairy issues (I have Celiac disease). For the price of the room including breakfast, I expected better options.

Our stay wasn't as good as we had hoped. The pool was closed and the staff didn't offer any alternatives or reasons for it being closed. Breakfast was not very satisfying. They were out of lots of items and didn't replenish them .

I have a habit of calling prior to booking my hotel to ensure the pool is in fact open. I called prior to booking was told yes the pool is open. Later that evening checking in we were told pool was closed and will be reopened the following morning at 8. Next morning came around and was told it would be ready by 10am. 6pm came around and it was still closed. I understand things happen but don’t lie to the guest about the pool being open. I wouldn’t have stayed there had I known beforehand.

Nice hotel pool was closed but overall nice

My issue was with the employees at the front desk. I felt some rudeness at check in. Then the next day I learned that the gentleman that works up front had entered our room while we were gone. My daughter went to get our keys recoded and he told her that the first night we had been put in the wrong room. Seems like that mistake was theirs. He said that he went in and fed our dog. Why? What else did he rummage through while we were out. My dog has a liver condition and takes meds with every meal. I know her schedule not the desk employee. I was not impressed with there form of customer service! Won’t go back or recommend!

No body was ever at the front desk The only time i didn't have to look for someone at the front desk was for check in. The lounge chairs by the swimming pool were broken. The mesh on the lounge chairs were torn. There was no coffee or coffee cups for breakfast. Orange juice was watered down. The rooms were clean. We had a double bed only two towels in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to ask for two more, after the front desk attendant was "found" she asked for the dirty towels first before she would give us two more. We told her there were only two towels in the room and two of us, she unfriendly gave us two towels.

Very nice from the outside to inside. We spent two nights here and we loved it.

The hotel is fine, it’s just the area itself is not fabulous but it is the best around

Great staff. Seemed short handed. I would’ve given 5 stars but they never had fresh towels at the pool available.

Very nice hotel. The free dinner in the evening was a hit and breakfast was really good.

Great location! All of the comforts of home in a hotel room!! Pet friendly and nice, helpful staff!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Staybridge especially the kitchenette which included a full sized fridge. Just hope that the prices stay moderate as I am a senior and on a budget.

Accomodations (2 bedroom suite) nice size , clean and quiet, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was great.

Great stay

Got in later than expected. The desk clerk, Kelsey was friendly and efficient. She was informative about the services offered. The room was very comfortable with a separate bedroom off the living room. The kitchen area had plenty of dishes and glasses for a longer stay. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. Highly recommended
