Hotel was recently renovated and it has been done beautifully. We stayed here back in 2005. Great staff, excellent service

This is an exceptional property that is to be very highly recommended. First of all, the location is excellent, being just two blocks away from Marble Arch - close enough for convenience, but away from the crowds. The property has also just been renovated with a lot of taste and attention to detail (all the way down to simple things like the hairdryer and hair straightener, which are top notch). We traveled with our 8-year old son and the staff were wonderful with him and very thoughtful. We really felt like we were “coming home” every time we came back. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to London!

This hotel is amazing!!! It is newly renovated and everything is in brand new condition. The interior design is OUTSTANDING. You have to see it to believe. If comfort, design, quietness, cleanness and luxurious are important to you don't miss out on this stunning hotel. The location is prestigious, very close to Marble Arch and Oxford street. The SPA and Gym are beautiful and equipt with everything you could want, even a beautiful Yoga room available 24/7. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. If traveling more than one person, choose the slightly bigger room as the wardrobe area is limited.
