Great location. Polite and helpful staff. Our room was great; spacious, includes TV, etc. We stayed in september and the room was a bit stuffy / hot still, I can only imagine how summer is. They claim to have central ventilation but it very clearly doesnt work. Major construction outside the hotel makes it hard to open the windows (they start early). The "Laundromat" is just a very small washer and dryer that is in the cafe downstairs. $9 USD per load of laundry. Elevators were a bit rough, they are very small and seem to have issues. Several times we just took the stairs instead. Its one of those "everything for a fee, but we did that for you" type establishments. Ie: room service costs a fee, we do that to not bother you during your stay. Breakfast is available for a fee because "some just want coffee and some want pancakes." Overall it was a good stay, but could use some improvements.

Our sheets smelled of perfume so strong it was hard to sleep.

The staff was so kind and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were spare but nice and clean. They had a problem with the elevator not working in the new part of the building so we had to take elevator to our floor in the old part and had to haul our luggage up about 10 steps but we managed and would stay there again. Only a few blocks to Oslo Central Station and to shops and restaurants. Road construction on the street out front but that can't be helped by the hotel.

Located near the main square with access to many restaurants and transportation routes.

Stayed at this hotel in a 6 bedroom bunk bed on a friends trip to Oslo Room very big, clean, staff friendly and in a very good walking distance location to lots of bars and food places. Would definitely recommend.

There is ongoing construction adjacent to the hotel which is beyond the control of the hotel.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel near the centre of Oslo in easy walking distance of the cathedral and harbour area. It is no frills in terms of no breakfast buffet, but there are plenty of local cafes and bakeries nearby. The room was cosy for me, my wife and 15yr old son on a temporary bed but for the price and location, acceptable. The bathroom and shower was v good. They have a great (small) rooftop area on the 9th floor. Also free table tennis in the basement. A basic hotel done v well, and would stay again.

Centrally located; cool staff; beautiful terrace; would be nice if they can change the hairdryers location as th e cord gets in the sink :) also, checked on 45 mins earlier and still paid 20 eur. It’s mentioned on the website but I’ve worked at hotels for years, and literally no one gets charged unless we are talking about 3-4 hrs advance requests :)

Very self service oriented from check in to check out. Room was bad with structural pillars going from floor, horizontally to ceiling 10cm from side of bed. Windows locked except one and that disabled the heat controls. Had to find someone to lock the window so that temperature controls would work. Shower leaked all over the bathroom.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Oslo Station, which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so it was easy to find a place for dinner. The room was clean, but there were no amenities such as a kettle or coffee provided. Next to the reception there was some bread and other items for sale, but I wasn’t sure how to purchase them since there was no explanation at check-in. In fact, I didn’t receive any information about what facilities were available or whether breakfast was offered, which was a bit confusing. During my stay, there seemed to be major construction going on nearby. The noise was noticeable until around 10 p.m. at night and again from around 6 a.m., but it was tolerable. Overall, the location was excellent and I had no major issues, so I was satisfied with my stay.

if you have a car, it’s going to cost you over US$55 approximately, it was a little bit hard to figure out because you have to open up a garage door to find the parking which is almost across the street from the hotel, which is nice, but download the easy park app it will help youi OK. but for the price, the room was very good.

2 night stay in Oslo. Good quick walk from Oslo Central station. The self check in was unique but quick. The front staff stationed at the “juice bar” in front were the nose up kind and not friendly to people of colour. Especially the guy working the afternoon shift.

Currently a lot of construction happening nearby. But, reasonably close to the central train station.

The staff were wonderful, very kind and professional. The hotel is close and walking distance to almost every restaurant and shopping centers. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it and stay again.
