For a family room it was small and the camp bed was rock hard and unsuitable. Check in at 4pm is crazy. Room felt. But dated.

Loud music until the early hours of the morning could be heard

Everything was excellent, I just have one point. Could you please provide body lotion in the bathroom.

Stayed for one night. Thought the staff were friendly, food was decent and in a convenient location to motorway. The only negative was the bed was a bit too hard for my liking

In an industrial estate but ok for the price

The rooms were so clean and nice. Coffee and a kettle there waiting for us. The staff was excellent and the breakfast which was a buffet was delicious. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Great hotel! We took a cab downtown to visit some pubs! Good breakfast in the morning.
