Convenient location and clean hotel

Lobby was nice looking, and it was nice to have a pool available. Front desk was good. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. As other have said room was a bit dark in terms of available lighting. I thought breakfast was supposed to be included but it turns out it wasn’t. The available breakfast was not good, no yogurt, no oatmeal, virtually no cereal, little fruit, predominantly just bagged bread and bagels to make toast. Wouldn’t recommmend paying extra for it.

They need to clean the pool more often.

Pros: - good location (near Galeries de la Capitale and major highways) - modern decor, lobby is well appointed but noisy - generally clean (save for a few less than white towels) - pool Cons: - they claim that they offer “queen” beds, when in reality they are double beds. They explain that “queen” size is a range. No, it is supposed to be 60 inches. That is the standard. - the breakfast situation is ridiculous, it is either included or not with your room (random, as my brother paid far less for his room and had it included, whereas I paid more and did not), and if not, it is 12.95$/person per day for toast, cereal, canned fruit, “not fresh” fruit and poor coffee. And hardboiled eggs. No one checks, sonhave it if you want it, or better yet walk to Cochon Dingue or Cosmos nearby for a far better experience. - Rooms are not particularly functional in terms of storage (2 adults and 2 kids felt cramped)

Great location next to mall with an amusement park as well as great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and very convenient with breakfast included each morning. Friendly helpful staff who were helpful in both French and English.

Nous sommes restés pour notre séjour à l’hôtel. Par contre nous n’y retourneront pas. La puscind était chaude, mais malpropre. Le vi your avait besoin d’être nettoyer et la salle de bain de la piscine mais sait grandement à désirer. L’eau était très brouillé La chambre était passable mais des signes évidents de passage des autres clients nous ont choqués. Tête de lit non nettoyé. Le coffre de sécurité ne fonctionnait pas et l’hôtel n’avait pas de personnel pour venir corriger la situation. Pour toutes ces raisons , je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel à mes amis.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Quebec City. It offered easy access and was very convenient to drive to and from the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The parking area was spacious and hassle-free, and our room was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant and relaxing environment. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Nice location. No room service during my 4 day stay. Breakfast is basic.

Je connais le Times hotel, ce n'est pas la première fois. Malheureusement, notre lit n'était pas confortable et sans choix de grosseur d’oreiller. La chambre en général est propre et fonctionnelle.

The pictures online look nothing like the actual hotel. The actual hotel feels old and run down.
