I checked in on 4/18 at 9:15pm went to the room around 12:30 am and the room was dirty from a previous stay. The front desk changed me to another room this room wasn’t that clean either besides the bed being made up. The tub was rusty and dirty the toilet was dirty with rings around it. The sink wasn’t clean there was hair left in it. The mattress was worn out. I had to sleep on the couch while my husband and niece tried to sleep in the bed. That mattress had my left hip and back hurting. You couldn’t get extra towels because they wasn’t clean on Friday night and on Saturday all they had was pool towels to use. You couldn’t turn the tv only one channel work. I spent too much money to not to have a good stay at this hotel. This was a very disappointing stay.

This was a weekend trip with friends and their kids. We suggested our friends book a room at Comfort Suites so we could all be at the same hotel. Our group had a total of 4 rooms. All rooms only had 2 towels each. We asked for more towels and was told there was no more towels for them to give us. In our room the tv speakers did not work. In another room the tv only had one channel. In another room the toilet overflowed. My friend went to the front desk to get someone to fix it. He was told there was no one to fix it and was given 2 hand towels. The coffee on Sunday morning was awful….cold and very weak. We had to get extra coffee pods from the front desk and then get creamers from the breakfast area and go back to our room to make a halfway decent cup of coffee. Also, the front desk routinely had no one at it with a sign that said we’ll be back in 10-15 minutes. I think this hotel is extremely understaffed and the manager or whoever is in charge doesn’t want to pay for necessary fixes and laundry services. At least the rooms were clean. Otherwise, this review would be a lot worse. Also, our windows were unlocked in the rooms. We had to lock them ourselves. This was a very disappointing stay and not at all what we are use to when we choose Comfort Suites.

NOT PLEASED AT ALL 1. My confirmed reservation with Hotels.com was booked under Itinerary number:73048416025636 for $88.63, however, my credit card was charged $123.64. 2. Hotel was 3 stories. NONE of the ice machines were working (I went to ever one). 3. No remote for TV in room. Went to desk and was given one. However, "NO SIGNAL" on TV. No one answered front desk phone (I called numerous times). 4. Water rings on bed side table. 5. Toilet dirty. 6. Hotel in general needs updating. Broken tiles on entry to elevator and numerous other place. Trip hazard. 7. I asked for a downstairs unit (I am handicapped). I was told it would cost an additional $104.00. According to ADA requirements, you are not allowed to charge an additional fee for ADA compliance.

Need to upgrade the rooms really bad as so far all toilets have permanent brown rings around them and mold around corners of bathtub, water took ten minutes to get hot as well, sheets were stained and air kept coming on even though it was off.

The facility is rundown. The tub and toilet was stained, the room AC was loud, elevator floors were stained with grime…... Not worth $170 per night. Definitely a 2 start facility.

I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional—always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything I needed. Towels were replaced by leaving on bathroom counter. Not where they’re normally stored. Not used to bed not being made daily. Really not sure if I had clean sheets when I arrived. Ring around toilet bowl. Probably clean but shouldn’t be there.

The first room I was given had damage to the door and was open when I arrived. I asked for a new room, while staff did meet the request she seem annoyed that I asked. The new room was adequate but the toilet was dirty and the bed had no sham. Which meant you could see the bed sitting on two twin size box springs. The bed was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept in. And I've been in a lot of hotels. It's a cheap hotel, if you need a night it's fine. More than a night, I'd look else where.

This has been a terrible experience. The room had no toilet paper, when requested I was informed there wasn’t any due to an order issue. When we arrived back around 9pm the front desk person had her head down and was asleep. I asked about the toilet paper again since she knew she gave me a room without any and was told there wasn’t anything she could do. The employee obviously couldn’t care less about the situation and gave no other paper products as an alternative. Upset we finally try to relax and the tv was set to the ONE channel available. I did a scan and couldn’t get anything and the remote did not work. I didn’t bother to call the front, if they don’t offer toilet paper I doubt they cared about tv! Traveling for a sports tournament with teen girls with no tv or toilet paper really made this experience difficult; I shouldn’t have to bring leftover napkins from my car to use as toilet paper and the fact that she knew but checked me in without informing me of the issue was absolutely inconsiderate. Also, I selected this place because the app stated it was close to the tournament location but in actuality it was not within 5 miles and put us 15 minutes further out. I have never had issues with Travelocity but this was an all around disappointment.

Our bed was AVERY comfortable, the television went off at a certain time watching it, and the refrigerator did not wok at all. I didn’t bother using the microwave since the refrigerator did work. The rooms were a bit date, they were fairly clean though. The walls could use a paint job, our room paint was peeling, oh yeah and testcard bed had corn chips in it. I queso’s the staff don’t bother cleaning the sofa bed just the main beds. Other than that the room was good.

Staff was nice. Property/rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the AC stayed on. Never would switch to any heat. It was very cold all night. But overall I would stay at this Property again.
