Enjoyed the stay

Yes, hotel is Conveniently located in walking distance to whatever your heart desires to experience in Chicago… however the condition of this property was in no doubt in a horrible state. We stayed on the 6th floor in a horrifically loud room. We Constantly heard the plumbing piping, the air kick on, doors slam down the hallway and the ding of the elevator (we were near the end of the hall). Listed below are examples of the state of the room. Paid $340 for one night here.

Excellent hotel, but room was very small. Bathroom was a bit inconvenient to use, and the door did not shut fully. Staff are overall quite helpful, but can be a bit cold at times. Otherwise, excellent location, premises, and ameneties.

Great staff and hotel!

I enjoyed the amenities and convenience of the area of the hotel. I expected a pool but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and in a good location. My only complaint was that Diego told me he was upgrading my room and put me right across from the elevator. So I heard a lot of noise during the night. I did enjoy the restaurant.

All the staff were new,didn't know area to help us around Chicago. expected better knowledge from staff. Got stuck in elevator. Shower was a pain to use. No door, whole bathroom got wet. Did not meet expectations.

Its a nice hotel in a good location and you had a lots of options to choose from like the spa.

Stay was great until the morning of departure. waited in the restaurant for about 30 minutes before walking out. Waiter sat me and gave water and returned to bar and was on his phone the entire time.

I loved the staff and the location. We paid to upgrade our room and the room had hair in the bathroom and rest area. The bed was not comfortable and the room smelled of mildew.

Location was great, room wall may be too thin or the next room was too lout in the middle of the night and way too early in the morning

There was a broken closet door and lighting issue

Hotel was very walkable to dining spots and local eats. Walkable to the Riverwalk. Enjoyed my stay, 5 stars.

The fact that this hotel is non-refundable is a bust things happen and i only enoyed the detachable shower head
