Very annoying stay. No lift, receptionist in the morning had forgot his smile at home... doesn't know how to greet guest. Breakfast was horrible, pick-up and drop driver of shuttle service, does not know how to treat guest. Strongly recommend not to stay even for one night.

Location was not far from the airport which what we looking for, staff were just okay maybe because I am Thai so they don’t really give much attention or not that active to the request, room was great as per 3 star hotel, good choice for stop over before next flight.

I did go there, me and my son was so shocked to see the hotel, it was like at the end of the road, like we are in the middle of the rice field, when i enter the lobby it was so hot no air condition, and their in front desk it too small, when i check in, the stuff was so not nice, he ask 1000 baht for deposit and when i ask about free transfer to airport, he said no free lift, I have to pay 200 bath, but most of all my bad day was no lift/elevator to get me to my room to 4th floor, it's crazy, i am coming here to Thailand with my son not to make us suffering, directly i decide to move to another hotel, i may lose some money because i already paying it, i just wanna to have a good day, i really not recommend this place to you all, and also a good friend of mine who live in Thailand said, it's really a worse place to stay, i hope it can helps you all!
