Great stay overall

staff was very accommodating and the location is ideal for exploring Lyon.

My wife and I both lived the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel is ckean and well kept.

The kind and cheerful receptionist, Fatima, was amazing. Always ready with suggestions about restaurant choices or sites to visit or challenges to navigate through. The experience elevated our visit to Lyon more than expected.

Overall great location, very good front desk personal. Nice breakfast choices. Hotel need to be renovated. Old feel not pleasant.

We stayed in this hotel one night, staff are very helpful and professional, service is very good, their breakfast is also very good, the location is walking distance to dining and shopping areas.

Great location, comfortable room, excellent value

I only have one negative comment. The hotel provides a key with a heavy metal object to carry around while in the hotel. You must give it to the hotel reception before you leave the hotel. The front door is always locked and you have to buzz the bell to be let in, then you have to ask reception for your room key each time they buzz you in. This is an annoying procedure, I like the freedom to come and go without reporting to the front desk each time I come and go. For this reason, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. It was good in all other aspects though I stayed for 11 nights, and didn't like this. Other hotels give you card which allows you to enter your hotel and room with the card, they should modernize to that system.

Comfortable rooms with working air conditioning. Convenient and close to various parts of the city. Refillable water station provided which is nice. Would stay again when visiting Lyon.

Excellent location close to the old city, friendly helpful staff. My room was a solo small little thing but adequate. Had a great shower.

Just between the 2 rivers, very close to restaurants and shops. The staff were all very helpful, especially Lili. We probably won't be back to Lyon, if we are, this will be our place to stay.
