Great stay. Very good experience.

Very pretty location. Room with amazing view! Nice bathroom and shower. Beautiful grounds, convenient just outside of San Gimignano so more quiet but close to town for easy access there and all over Tuscany. Perfect home base for travelers. Restaurant ok, limited menu but you are in Tuscany so restaurants everywhere. Very cordial staff. Augusto especially helpful there.

Nice pool area however not filtered throughout the day as lots of insects in it. The walls and corridors in the hotel seemed very plain giving hospital vibes. Also, the bedding and towels were not changed for 4 days. Overall good hotel not bad

Our suite was BEAUTIFUL! Decorated to a very high standard. We had our own terrace which was perfect. The restaurant was super accommodating as we had two fussy eaters with us (our children) they made them something that they would eat! Super grateful and the food was delish. Would recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone! Next time we stay we will make sure to try the pool!

The property is at an amazing location with great views of the Tuscan landscape but requires a car as you are a bit far from the city centre. Pool area is big but not enough seats or umbrellas. Dining options were limited and breakfast ok, nothing special. Counter staff not overly excited to welcome you or acknowledge you when walking by. Rooms are ample and bathroom well equipped.

Really nice, quiet place to stay with an incredible view and convenient to San Gimignano. The staff and service was top notch with very friendly poolside service and at the restaurant. The room accommodations and beds are very comfortable, but the AC had trouble keeping up with the 90 degree days…especially with a mezzanine sleeping space. Regardless, we had a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved our stay. I wish we got to stay longer. The hotel and the town are so lovely and peaceful. I could have easily stayed there for three days. The staff was so kind. The room was comfortable and very luxurious. Breakfast was yummy.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, magnificent panoramic view of the Tuscan hills. Delicious dinner and great wine.

Hotel staff was not very welcoming. Has us fill out paperwork instead of them doing it. Hotel amenities indicated air conditioning- there was none. Breakfast was described as a cool to order breakfast instead it was a buffet with cold eggs. Limited English

The resort was wonderful, loved the location and view. Ilaria at the front desk was so helpful , she went out of her way to give us some recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit ! It was an amazing stay! :))

This place was 5 star amazing! The rooms were very nice, the restaurant had great food and wine, and the staff were very nice and helpful. My BIGGEST recommendation is to rent a car!!!! Taxis are not easily available and it’s very inconvenient. We have to give a HUGE shoutout to Augusto & Francesco who went above and beyond to get us a taxi and ended up driving us to the train station themselves. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we will be back.

What a lovely find. This is a hotel, not a B&B, with a gorgeous pool area, a lovely breakfast and Prosecco in the lobby each afternoon. They seem to be renovating and upgrading, making it even better. The bed in our room was very nice, as was the bedding and the shower was excellent. Lots of hot water, good pressure and easy in and out. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay at Cappuccina, there are some negative reviews but I can’t see why at all. We were upgraded to the Junior Suite, and offered free Prosecco. Amazing friendly staff. The suite was lovely, pool area is amazing, plenty of sunbeds. Short drive / walk to san gimingano , we will be back for sure.

Lovely resort hotel within a 5 minute drive of San Gimignano. Very modern fittings and excellent room. Breakfast was great and dinner was enjoyable albeit the dinner menu was a little limited. The hotel could have been more proactive in promoting its facilities and things to do in the nearby area.
