Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Friendly service! Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located near tram stations, museums and shopping areas. Very nice location, our room was spacious and clean. The staff were nice, it was a seamless check-in and check-out.

The hotel was located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood - very close to museums, shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful with all questions.

Room was good size but there was a constant noise all night like a washing machine was in our room! And hall lights stayed on which lit our room up!

Nice bathroom with heated floor. Beds ok not great.

I was staying on the first floor very close to the front desk so it was quite noisy at times.

Great location in Amsterdam. Although our room was rather small, it was more than made up for by the fact that the location was fantastic for us. The staff was helpful and the public transportation was very convenient.

Quiet room. Very easy to walk to Museum area. Plenty of food available nearby. Nespresso in room. Air con worked well in room. Also nice that room had USB chargers built into desk area.

The hotel is located near Rijksmuseum and Van Gough Museum; which is the primary reason we chose to stay here. The room is a typical room size in Europe, adequate with all the needed basics. Public transportation to the main train station and downtown is in walking distance; breakfast is with decent selections.

The staff are excellent friendly and helpful unfortunately the the first room was dirty and had a strong smell and the room itself was very small. The second room was clean and tidy but after a bad night's sleep i realised i was trying to sleep in a 3 legged bed witch is not ideal

We booked a room with a window. We had a window that was 8 feet up and approximately 1’x2’ with opaque glass and not operable. We paid extra for this?! We had black hair fall out of our towels and the towels were very threadbare. The room we had looks NOTHING like the pictures.

Cute little hotel, on a quiet street around the corner from lots of cafes, restaurants, and the tram. Very walkable. Hot breakfast included.

We had a great time at XO. The location was very convenient, and all the museums we planned to visit were within walking distance. The check-in was the fastest I've ever experienced, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The area is very nice, quiet, and safe, with some good food options around. Public transport is also close by. I highly recommend it!

This was our first trip to Amsterdam, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel staff wasn’t unfriendly but not overly welcoming or helpful like we’ve encountered in other European countries. The rooms are very small and they weren’t necessarily cleaned each day. We had to ask for more toilet paper, coffee and tea. The room was clean when we checked in. The room doors had to be pulled to shut so they made a bit of a slam noise each time someone shut their door.

The museums, canal boat rides, and parks were easily walkable. Staff was friendly.
