Friendly helpful staff in all areas of the resort. The apartment was super clean and everything in good condition. Appreciated the emergency supplies of milk, sugar, salt & pepper etc. Beds were very comfortable - sofa bed to sit on as a sofa was uncomfortable, but then it is a sofa bed.. Position of apartment on the lakeside was a real treat. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and will come back again.

Such a beautiful place accommodation and staff were amazing, but they’ve got to sort there beds out soooo hard like lying on a plank of wood for 3 nights

Very helpful and attentive staff. Good parking close to lodge. Lodge clean and tidy. Swimming pool great but needed to include more child friendly sessions with the floats as only available after 4pm. Tennis courts could do with the lines being freshened up and crazy golf a bit of a hazard for young children but this didn’t really detract too much from our stay. Resturant was good and catered well for our 4 year old grandson who has food alergies. Would certainly come back and recommend to friends and family.

Good check in. I had expected a lodge rather than studio room. Studio was adequate for our needs but thought we would be on waters edge not behind reception/catering block. Room was clean, bath was lovely, no oven just 2 ring hob /microwave/toaster pots pans etc. The plumbing makes a lot of ‘snoring’ type noises. Has an iHome which in its day was excellent but nowadays is useless.

I booked it through uk hotel site, when i reached on check-in they asked me £100 deposit as security, which was never mentioned, if I wasn't then what could I do? So embarrassing 😳

Nice location, helpful staff. Dvd and Chromecast were hopeless, the shower pressure was a little under whelming and there were no spa treatments when we went as they were off. (Wish we were told)

Stay was fabulous but I was expecting lake side villa as per photoes and my aploted house was far down from the lake so, I could barely enjoy the view.

Family friendly. Staff friendly and place is clean. Only disadvantage you have to book swimming and if you don't book it in the morning it gets full up. So we missed out twice.

The best!!

The resort was easy to find, few minutes off the motorway. There is a beautiful lake with swans and at night we found deer and rabbit in the nearby woodlands. The place got the basic stuff for cooking. The oven was not working properly so I borrowed airfryer which was collected from the reception. The amenities was okay, small indoor pool, tennis court, small arcade. Overall it was good for a weekend break.

Lovely and peaceful place to stay. Sat on the balcony and we were greeted by some ducks and swans which was lovely. Lodge was clean and the beds were really comfy. Would recommend for adults only and also families as it has a games room, water sports, lots to do
