Clean property in a convenient location. Amenities are basic, but I consider this place a great value for the price. Mini-kitchen with a microwave came in handy when I didn't feel like going out. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.

L’appart était propre et sympa, assez grande pour nous trois. The welcome was nice and explained briefly the information we needed to know. Je n’ai vraiment aucune mauvaise chose à dire, merci🙏.

We arrived early hours a d was sent clear instructions on how to enter and find our key. Reception were informative and polite. We asked for clean towels and they offered toilet paper binliners and hairdryers too. Bordeauxwas fabilous ezsy to get around plenty yo see xx

Central location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Rooms well equipped

A lovely apartment block with in a short walk from the train station and within walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux meant it was quieter that staying in the more central areas

The hotel was close to the railway station and just a short walk to some bars and restaurants. Did experience a fair bit of outside noise during the night.

Very good. The staff like Chloe, Halima & Lova are very attentive & helpful! Room decent and location convenient next to the pharmacy & a very yummy pastry shop. Walking distance to Marche Capucin market very convenient!

Set on a nice quiet street 15 min walk to town… 15 mins drive from the train station. The staff were lovely all with a good level of English. Great self contained 1 bedroom with sep lounge living area with pull out double sofa bed. This would need a a great place to use as a base to explore other areas…. Just wish they had included milk in the ftidge

Super friendly staff. Room clean and quiet with well equipped kitchenette as a bonus. Good selection of food for continental breakfast. Location convenient for tram. Room decor basic and uninspiring but overall very good value.

Clean property, close to train station and not so far from downtown. Only issue is the window facing the street did not close properly and the noise from outside was unfiltered. Additionally, the curtain was in a weird position due to the window itself, so light did get through.

Accommodation was basic but adequate for our stay. Close to main town of St Jean and tram/bus routes. Room clean but very hot despite not turning on the heating and it being November. The water tank was directly above the toilet which was hazardous but other than that it was a comfortable stay. Our only real grumble was the neighbour above us allowed their toddler to continually run up and down at night and this often kept us awake until they finally got the child to bed!

Good size suitable for family. The weather was too hot the rooms are on top floor that is not suitable for summer season. All good on other aspects.

It was great

Not a welcoming place to stay really, as there was a sense of neglect over the building and particularly my bedroom. It was well appointed, or it would have been if everything worked. The hot tap was particularly lethal as it only dispensed boiling hot water. The bed was good though and there was a fair amount of space. There are better places to stay in the area though.

Cet appartement est vraiment super, c'était très calme malgré le fait que c'est situé en plein centre. De là, la gare est proche et le centre-ville aussi, tout se fait à pied. Le mobilier est récent, tout est propre, le personnel toujours souriant à l'accueil. Tout était super!

The apartment room we had was ideal for a young family. The bedroom had an ensuite shower room and the kids beds were in another room. It was clean and nicely decorated. Good value for money. The area vloser to the train station is a bit run down

Very convenient option near the main train/bus station!

It is my third stay in that hotel and the standard is very good. The staff at the reception are very kind and helpful. I recommend the establishment.

Just five minute walk from the train station and a about 25 minute walk to the sights to see. Check-in was easy. The receptionist spoke English and was very kind and helpful. She pulled out a city map and showed us where we were and how to get to the sights to see. She was through and clear on what we expected to have in our room. I think the only thing that would have made this perfect was having a hair dryer!!
