Fantastic hotel and lovely staff!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in beautiful surroundings. Free parking directly outside the hotel and was easy to find a space. Walkable down to the harbour (20mins) but they also put on a shuttle bus that we didn’t use as it is back uphill. Lovely views from the restaurant and pool area. Our room was directly onto the pool. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms particularly the bathrooms could do with an update but they were very clean and had everything we needed and the outside of the hotel and facilities made up for this. Highly recommend

Staff nice and helpful. Clean hotel. View is fabulous and nice pool. Not too far from centre. Only one negative is that the hotel is dated. Internal area's need a refurbishment.

This property is even better in person. The rooms are clean and AC worked unlike other hotels in Italy. The included breakfast was amazing, so many options and delicious. There is a nice view where you can enjoy a drink out on the patio near the pool. We will be back!

Lovely hotel with staff who were very helpful. Close enough to walk conveniently to the centre of Palau (10-20 mins) although up a hill. The room was nice and the amenities clean and plentiful, although we did notice the water coming from the taps was not clear - it was a slightly yellowish colour.

We enjoyed Hotel Palau. There service is exceptional..... from the front desk , restaurant ,bar, house keeping. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The views are just beautiful😁

Clean, luxurious hotel with friendly staff at the reception. It's on a hill and 15 mins walk or a short drive from the center of the town. Upside : really nice, clean, modern room. Good pool (we didn't use) and friendly reception staff. Downsides : breakfast is disorganized, the parking is behind the hotel and in a unpaved, dark plot.

The town is very nice and has 3 beaches that you can walk to in 15 mins. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk up a very steep hill. It will keep you fit. There are lots of good quality restaurants nearby. Of course ice cream is excellent with lots of local speciality flavours. Breakfast at the hotel is good but minimal variety. I had dinner at the hotel on one occasion. None of the dishes at the hotel were cooked well. I had the Octopus Salad was over cooked and smelt like rubber. By comparison I had the same dish for lunch at another restaurant which was excellent. The pool is quite small, much better to go to the beach where the hotel has an area reserved with sunbeds that is just off the beach.

I stayed here for just one night, but had enough time to enjoy both dinner and breakfast here. I had a decent view from my window out the back of the hotel, and the location wasn't ideal, but it certainly wasn't so far out of the way that it affected my stay. The staff was very friendly from the front desk, to the housekeeping, to the restaurant. If I ever end up in this part of the world again, I would most likely stay here again.

Best breakfast of our entire journey in Sardinia! Dining out on the balcony was the icing on the cake, with the beautiful view of Palau down to the sea.

Staff friendly. Great views of the islands. Rooms very basic, as was the hotel. Everyone there was Italian. If your looking for just a room with B/B in a good location then for the price the hotel is good value.

Charming hotel, however some maintenance should be prioritised. The aircon did not work in all parts of our room. We told the technician who looked at it and said it would work within 10 minutes….we waited more than 10 minutes, still not working, still told to wait…of course it was a lie. It did not work and we had to split our family in different rooms 4 hours later just before we went to bed… However the young staff was serviceminded, and plus for the great sailboat they had for a trip to La Maddalena area.

Séjour très agréable, avec un personnel top souriant, à l' écoute. Les chambres sont agréables donnant sur la piscine. L hôtel a beaucoup de charme, petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec une vu sur la mer magnifique. Je recommande vivement.

Gutes, großes Hotel mit schönem Blick auf Palau. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nettes Personal, aber leider etwas unorganisiert
