nice hotel very good service great locartion

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and haven’t been let down. Everything from check in to check out has been great- friendly stuff, generous breakfast, room condition e.t.c. The restaurant downstairs is awesome. And, last but not least, location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city at a walking distance to tourist attractions and government offices.

Sadly the staff was not kind or helpful except for one person. Coffee water or tea in the room was charged, the first time I encounter such a thing... spa workers were rude. Its a shame since it is a beautiful hotel, great location.

excellent location, huge and comfortable room, good breakfast

My AC wasn’t working I had to call 3 times to have it fixed. The first night I couldn’t sleep because the terrible noice the fan was making I’ve been staying at this hotel for 30 years during my visits in Bulgaria I used to brag about it to all my friends This year there are signs or decline. I still enjoy the location and the space in the rooms, but there is evidence of overall quality worsening

Very nice hotel in good central location. Service and food were excellent. Service and cleanliness were very good. Definitely recommend this hotel for quality at a reasonable cost. Would stay here on any future visits to Sofia

Pleasant stay

Our room was spacious and beautiful. However, sleeping was difficult due to graduation parties all 3 nights. It was noisy and the restaurant was fully booked for our entire stay. Also, we had to ask for coffee every day since no one replenished our supplies.
