Good location, lovely property, and helpful customer service.

We had a late check in due to our flight and when we asked if we could have a late check out the staff said it should not be a problem, but the night before us leaving they said we would have to ask in the morning (even though it was 10pm at the time) and when asked in the morning (7am) they said they were booked full and then proceeded to remind us that check out was at 12 ( we barley saw any other guests the whole stay). We also wanted to get dinner that night at the hotel so we could get to sleep early so we could explore a little before our flight but to our surprise they were hosting a wedding and couldn’t accommodate us. The WiFi barely worked, and every time you left the property you would have to disconnect and sign back in or the WiFi wouldn’t have internet connection. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay here, especially at the price they charge for the rooms.

This was a beautiful clean property, great location, beautiful neighborhood. Staff were helpful and attentive. The only thing was that the bed was hard as a rock. I don't mind a little firmness but if you have back issues this was extremely hard.

El servicio de las personas en todas las áreas es muy bueno! La habitación que nos tocó tenía fuga en la ducha y solo hubo toallas el día que llegamos, después no hubo más toallas en la habitacion

Great hotel, buffet breakfast is very good, good deal

Overall a nice hotel but quality of breakfast poor. Fresh fruit poor with little taste. Eggs quite often made in too hot a pan variety a very poor second to your NH Collection hotel in Bogota. Chef should visit Bogota hotel and take some advice
