Very comfy and helpful staff, love it.

The staff in every department provided excellent service. They were very friendly, smiling, and extremely helpful. The hotel has coin-operated washing machines and dryers. It's located right next to the train station. The air conditioning in the rooms is adjustable. There's enough space to fit two suitcases. The view is beautiful; some rooms even have a view of Tokyo Tower! ❤😍😘

Very near to Bakurocho Station. If you need to go to Haneda Airport, just take the Asakusa Line from this station, and you don’t need to change trains at all. And of course, it's very close to 7-Eleven.

The hotel is right next to the train station, making it convenient to get to major stations. However, the air conditioning can't be adjusted to suit each room. Rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days, and there's no bottled water.

We got free breakfast, but it got boring because the menu was the same every day. The location is perfect: it's not crowded with tourists, it's close to the station, there's a Sevel next to the hotel, and there are lots of eateries around the hotel.

It was quite small of you to come with big luggage, but the rest was amazing!

The location is very convenient, the gate no 4 to Bakurocho Station is just next door, Seven Eleven shop is also next door. Various food for breakfast, so as a Muslim I can have fish, rice, and fruit 👍 I plan to stay in this hotel again when I visit Tokyo

Great location, near the subway station and JR station. Breakfast is so delicious, they serve fresh juice and salad that I like much.

I was expecting the worst tho, But instead I was shocked of how well the service is. They clean the bathroom almost everyday, they make the bed and change the linen bed when needed. Also the breakfast is kind of meh for me, I was wishing at least 1or 2 local food, but it is mostly intercontinental food. But warning for people who has a lot of stuff, cause I would not recommend this place if you have a lot of stuff because of the space restrictions. But if you a backpacker I would suggest this hotel of how convinient it is. 7 Eleven just below the hotel btw, the pharmacy is just 200 m away, and the free tax store just infront, they sell winter coat, shoe, basically a fashion store.

Strategic location near 2 JR stations and lots of restaurant options and convenient stores. Friendly and helpful staffs that can speak English fluently. Good breakfast with a lot of variety.

Clean and comfortable hotel with small rooms that are well equiped, just TV channel only fews and in local. There is no cleaning of the room everyday, but at least will picking up trash and changing towel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with some choice even the same for everyday. The hotel doesn't have a lounge area but they turned the dining area into a cafe and soft drink (both free of charge) after breakfast until midnight. Convinience shop (7/11) just at the left side of the hotel and the JR station is in the right side and within the walking to connected other 2 subways station.

Location is excellent. Near to downtown. Near to metro station and JR station just walking distance. The station also has elevator, so it's fit for traveller with big luggage. The staff is friendly, especially the guy that serve us when we check in on Jan 6th. I appreciate him a lot (forgot to ask the name). The breakfast is excellent and various.

Good location, walking distance (200m) to few different train / line. Next to 7eleven, found a nice noodle store right opposite. Room slightly small but all basic necesarry amenities are there. Pillow too thin & soft. Hotel c/w laundry at 2 differerent flr. Overall ok.

The hotel's location is really good, only two stations from Tokyo Station, but seem less accommodating to the needs of the customer. As in Japan in general, there is a price difference is significant between the "room only" and the "breakfast included". Incidentally, I stayed 2 nights, the first night was okay, but the second night so I did not stay though it was paid for. Because the distance is quite far from Narita Airport, and I have not mastered the situation, and Air Asia plane that brought me to Bangkok started early, so I decided dated January 27, 2017 evening at 21 pm, I went to stay at the Narita airport. I only ask for help to the hotel breakfast so I replaced / compensated with a small bakery as a provision at the airport, but were not met by the hotel. Also foto2 bread rolls pull in profile, surprisingly not as beautiful reality.
