Easy to walk at different place. Great pool area, excellent service and all clean every day.

Room smelled musty, smoky. Had to ask for air freshener to even be able to stay in room. Rooms need a complete remodeling instead of patchwork.

Elevator smell like pee Room i was originally given was dark, musty and TV didnt work. I was then switch to a cleaner better room

Budget accommodation close to the airport. Recommended for travellers with an early flight.Don Jose Grill next door highly recommended.

We are longtime clients of Red Roof because of our pups, but we were totally…disgusted! Now, I understand that it was Mardi Gras and, having grown up in Baton Rouge, that maybe the area there in Kenner is not the best, but it was all just a mess. The grounds, inside and out, were filled with trash, pool area included, all over the parking lots in front and back, cans overflowing, everything. No coffee or breakfast—again, the excuse of Mardi Gras, I suppose, didn’t bother asking. Out of necessity, we got a handicapped accessible room, #122 or something, that gave off a horror movie kinda vibe, with a closet-like room that had a latch on the OUTSIDE, and a very strange shower setup. Furniture was a wreck, had to wedge a drawer shut so we wouldn’t hit it during our stay, but the wooden bedframe was LARGER than the mattress so we did hit the corners of that a few times. I honestly wish we’d taken pictures so that we could post them! Needless to say, we will NOT stay there again!!! The absolute worst Red Roof in the many years that we’ve happily stayed with them.

Stay was quiet and just what I needed. The staff is helpful, and friendly.

I paid 200.00 (this is not the Hilton, right) for one night for a room that slept 4. Dirty. My family and I couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water and only 2 towels for all of us. When I complained to the front desk, I was told to wait 30 minutes per person so that the water could heat! And as far as the towels, well there were no more towels. NO REFUND, NO CREDIT, NO CONCERN. Never coming here again!!

Dirty pool hot tub closed up. Put across from elevator so heard it all night. Needs updating

This room was nastiest room I have ever been to in my life It is mandatory red roof inn maintain their room in cleaner manner it was disgusting staying there I absolutely hate I paid $200 to there stay for Mardi gras I strongly would like a refund.
