The bathtub is odd

The hotel was cleaned but is old facility

I did not receive the VIP offers. We’re all the location is really good to go walking in sight. We didn’t like the shower because the way that the screen is placed create a lot of spill into the shower. Breakfast was excellent.

It was a great place in a beautiful city. We had a nice breakfast also.

Room needs upgrading, but it was clean and bed comfortable. Very easy to get around by walking but also very convenient parking behind hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

It hard to understand the rating that had been assigned to this hotel. Whilst the staff were charming, the room was filthy and in bad repair. I’m not sure I have ever slept in such an uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was basic and whilst the coffee was good, the quality of the rest was lacking. The massages was however very good.

Nice staff and very clean. The door handles are sharp and I ended scratching my wrist twice. Asked for a spare pillow and was told “no sorry, no spare pillow as we’re fully booked” which made me laugh. Lovely staff at reception, very friendly.

Too short a visit to Padua but enjoyed what we saw. The massage at the spa was super relaxing

excellent service from every member of the staff: they really make you feel welcome! a great hotel in just a short walk from the old town.

Good stay

Modern and comfortable hotel in central Padua

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel room itself needs a renovation: bathroom looked old, toilet was leaking, washing tube joints need work, air con so and so ... Reception area and breakfast room looked nice, probably newly renovated. Parking is was very good, on-site, free. Hotel location is great just next to the old town.

Beautiful property in the middle of town. FRiendly host, great interiors and beautiful garden fir breakfast. Furnishing are in very goody taste. Place is super clean. Use of kitchen is great.

Great stay

Great location close to the historic city centre with lovely views over the river. Very friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast.You gotta stay there.

The mattress was too hard. They charge to use the SPA.

Staff very helpful, coffee easy to get at hotel. Room was very nice, but not much light in room, and shower hard to use.

A reasonable place to stay. The room was not well designed to allow unpacking and movement. Choose one.
