I had a wonderful stay with my family at the Sanlu Hotel in Italy. The staff went above and beyond to arrange transportation for us from Lecce after our train was delayed six hours due to an accident, and their kindness and helpfulness truly stood out. The breakfast each morning was splendid, with a great variety of fresh options. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Our room was cozy, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Staff are excellent. Late breakfast until 12pm. Rooms are clean and well equipped, with a very good bathroom. Free car park under hotel. Only things I could moan about, was the temperature of the room. The climate control would only let me select 19c as it’s lowest temperature, but I don’t think the aircon ever got it that cool, so the room was warm over night. Breakfast wise, the hot choices of bacon and egg, were seldom available, and aren’t kept hot enough. That aside, I would still stay there again, if in the area.

We had an awesome time at the hotel. The staff, Eleonora and Sandra were specially receptive and we felt home. Eleonora could help us with recommendations that helped a lot. And the breakfast was outstanding! I can't wait to come back. Perfect experience to enjoy the italian paradise.

Hotel is modern and one of the cleanest hotel. Only one negative would be better pillows. Breakfast was great Italian style with eggs

Pleasant hotel in the middle of nowhere. You need a GPS or good map to access it. Everything is brand new and staff is professional. Comfortable room and huge bathroom. Good wifi directly in the room. Breakfast was good (fresh local products are showcased)

The Sanlu Hotel in Serrano is superior in my experience to budget hotels in the UK - Premier etc - and France. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast is available all morning and was a more than adequate buffet.

Nice hotel with a nice pool, ideally located for nearby towns and beaches. If I was to put a finger on anything the room was a bit cold.

Good and decent hotel. Would recommend as long as AC system has been repaired and with caveat that there are better located hotels (such as nearby Otranto).

Parfait personnel très sympa le seul côté négatif est qu’il n’y a pas de bouilloire dans la chambre … il est nécessaire de descendre a l’accueil de l’hôtel pour boire un thé ou un café.

Hotel in posizione strategica se si decide di visitare diversi luoghi. Ottima la pulizia. Un po' deluso dalla colazione: poco abbondante, sempre le stesse cose igni mattina. Pane mai fresco e cornetti da rivedere. Per ilresto, nel complesso, buon soggiorno

Questa struttura é a dir poco eccellente. Ottima colazione, ottima pulizia, ottima cura del cliente per non parlare delle camere che sono confortevoli e accessoriate. Avevo dimenticato le pantofole a casa e in camera avevo trovato delle pantofole monouso pronte per l'uso, senza extra
