This is comfortable to stay. But i do not recomend this if u going to stay more than 3 adult. Its too cramp and a bit too tight for 3 adult 1 child with 4 baggage. The room is clean. Near kitahama station and plaza. There are lawson in front of the hotel. The laundry area always full so better be prepared. And pretty expensive too.

This hotel is very close to station of kitahama, there is also sevel in front of the hotel. Its just little bit hard to find place to eat but there is ramen resto 100M from the hotel and italian/indian resto 300M but more expensive.

The location is good, the bed is also okay for me, my wife, and 1 child, and the free water is so precious for us. But we really hope that someday Brighton City Hotel has a sento.

Love to stay here, Lawson & Seven Eleven are in front of the hotel, near to Kitahama Station, room is quite big, free mineral bottle, very recommended.

The room for 3 people is spacious, the bathroom is also spacious for Japanese scale. The location is strategic to the train station. I will stay here again.

The hotel is right next to the Kitahama Skytrain. Very convenient to travel. Very close to Kitahama Station and with 7 Eleven and Lawson. The room size is quite spacious and cleanliness is the added value of this hotel. Hotel staff are quite accustomed to foreign guests and have good English language skills.

The room is clean and has 2 left over area to put 26 "luggage The beds are soft and comfortable but the pillows are a bit too thin. The bathroom is very good, complete with a hair dryer. There are 2 types of breakfast to choose from, bento, rice salad and soup. The hotel is near the Kitakama train station. If going to Kyoto is convenient, it is a walking station. If leaving the gate 4, there will be a supermarket. Not expensive. Sushi is very delicious. At about 8 pm the price will also be discounted for food. If coming to Osaka, will stop by at this school again.

The most amazing about this hotel is the distance to Kitahama station 2mits walk. The room is clean and comfy. The morning shift staffs are friendly, not the evening one. Breakfast only has 2 options: Japanese Bento or Western set so you will get bored if you booked for whole stay. Meal nothing fantastic, they have unlimited green tea and rice. If you are planning for day or 2 to Kyoto, this location is perfect using Keihan line. From the airport, use Irapid fast train & stop at Tengachaya & transfer to Kitahama, no need stop at Umeda but make sure you board at the designated time and always look at the screen monitor.

This hotel is a 3 star like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean and new. Design and new models too.

I had wonderful experience here, the room was very clean, big size than another hotel. Location is nearby the Osaka metro (Kitahama station) and Keihan line (easy for travel to Kyoto). Convenience store (seven, Lawson) in front of hotel. The staff were very nice.

The room is nice with the view from high floor. Service is very good. They helped us to check the time of train, book a taxi... They were so nice and kind.

Surprisingly good room and location for my budget, bathroom and room was spacious compared to other Japanese hotel size. There was a seven eleven and Lawson across the hotel, station underground access is only few blocks away.

This hotel is our savior, because the prev one is really small and stuffy even to us Asian. It has a really big room, double size of double bed and more than enough space for us for our big luggage. Everything is perfect. Less noise and helpful receptionist to let us check in 1 hour earlier with no extra charges. The closest train station is Kitahama station, which is really close and quite a long walk on this subway, and 7 eleven is just in front of the hotel. We will definitely stay here for our next visit. Highly recommended!
