Business friendly, however means if you are a tourist you are likely to get the not so good rooms! We got put in a disabled room, before being moved to a room with no sound insulation right above a noisy restaurant garden! TV in that room was then broken! Location is good, and third time lucky staff got us in a room with installation and of the level booked! Breakfast was OK, and location is good go Monza and and Milan trips.

Great place, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, nice breakfast, great area and free parking on site, I recommend this hotel and this is our second time in this hotel.

Great service by the hotel, really nice and friendly staff. The hotel is 20 min from Monza , if you don’t have a car bus is the only option as it is in a small industrial zone. If you wish to explore Monza village,,best to stay in Monza. There is no food service 24/7, only breakfast and dinner when the restaurant opens in the evening. I would say that the hotel is more 3 stars but the personnel and cleanliness were very good.

It was great, good location, next to bus stop . However, the downside is that no kettle to make hot drinks.

Very conveninent hotel in the North of Milan, very close to the motorway to reach Europe. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is various and of good quality. Staff is very kind and helpful. The only note is about the shower that was a bit full of limestone. Very convenient and inexpensive parking.

Internet not working. Staff unhelpful. People drinking at the bar right below my window till 2 in the morning.

Overall rooms were average. Staff not friendly at all. Would not use again.

Very clean, and wonderfully maintained inside and out. Modern. The restaurant staff were fantastic, good selection of food for breakfast.

This hotel also operates a serviced apartment at the same time. The front desk of the hotel transferred our room to the serviced apartment without obtaining the consent of the guest. When we walked in, we found the apartment to be very outdated and the hygiene was very worrying. I complained to the front desk but as we had a dinner reservation and needed to go immediately, there was no time to change the room and had to put up with a very bad experience for one night.

Nice property for a short stay. Clean comfortable room, brilliant continental breakfast, nice well trained and mature staff. Enjoyed it
