Great value. Very handy to everywhere.

A pleasant basic room and ideal for my stay, but unfortunately the shower head would not remain in position.

If you’re not looking for a place just to sleep and don’t mind limited room space you’ll be alright. It’s nicely located about 2 blocks to main avenue and beach. Safe neighborhood for walking to and from.

Room was very small, couldnt open the blinds which made it dark. No plug in bathroom sink, no kettle or cups or glasses. Tiny shower. Pool unusable covered in green algae

Very decent quality hotel with 24 hour reception. Room was ensuite, flatscreen tv, very clean comfy bed. 2 minutes walk from the beach and Paloma park.

Dated in side, needs new look bed covers and room decor. I had kettle, no cups, spoons! Sure, next day and days after, the room attendees could of noticed and supplied... no i had to obtain myself!! Condiment draw was a stained small white unit that had some coffee sachets, tea etc, and some used. This was when the room is classed as ready for next customer. The hotel should replace the white condiment unit if stained as it looks extremely bad. Dirt, hairs,and past customers items under beds. Hair in the bed and marks on wall as well as doors that can and must be wiped cleaned before next customer. towels worn also. Small balcony which could seat two if they provided chairs, i took one from the 2nd floor to use. I assume they expected me to sit on the edge of the bed and look out to the sea. Staff did not seem too bothered, handed key back in as requested/recommended due to 24hr reception cant always get you in the room if you lose the key. Some staff seemed bemused when you gave the key back in, so did'nt bother after a couple of days. I asked for wake up call and taxi, did not get a wake up call as requested. Taxi was available, but that might of been called when i had to go back to the room to collect remote controls. No guide to hotel in rooms, IE; where the pool is or info. Shame, as hotel is nice looking externally. PS, inside of lifts are tatty, simple 20 minute make over would fix, eg; recover in laminate etc.

Rooms definitely needs a fridge and replace shower curtains with screens somehow

Very poor, water brown, slow and shower head holder defective so not possible to shower, safe not functioning, no tv remote offered and aircon was a racket but did work ok, even though this was two star, the price I paid for one night was equivalent to a three/four. Sorry even the pool was not usable as it was brown at the bottom, when I complained a smirk from the receptionist with well it’s two star hotel what do you expect!!!! Avoid

Very good especially price :)

I booked for four nights, but only stayed for one nught because the noise from other residents and digs was horrebdous. A dog was barking continuously until 00.30 when its owner came back. Then men were bangjng doors, walking up sbx diwn and talking really loudly until 04.00. The reception staff did nothing to stop them. My room was clean, a very basic hotel.

Check in was easy, they gave me a key and remote control for the tv. I never turned the tv on, do I don’t know if it works. The mattress was comfy but the pillows were so flat, it was like sleeping so without a pillow. The first night we noticed the room smelled of cigarette, we asked if we could changed rooms, they declined our request and said they would clean it better. The smell was less but it was still present. Overall, it was fine, we hardly spent time in the room. We were out by 8am and back by 10pm every night.

This hotel is advertised as 2 star and that's what it is. I've seen reviews complaining about it but it doesn't pretend to anything it isn't. It's basic. The staff are all friendly and helpful and it is perfectly situated for all the local bars and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the beach. It's cheap and you get what you pay for

Staff were extremely helpful and capable

The whole hotel smelt, either of dirty mops or bleach, which to me was trying to cover up other dirty smells. My mum had a room on her own and the toilet was filthy, I asked for it to be cleaned and no one was available and no more rooms for her to move in to. My sisters bathroom was really smelly of urine and had to be moved.

Suited my needs for this trip perfectly.

There for sports event not much time spent at hotel

Nice little hotel at a budget price. Friendly staff and clean hotel, however, rooms are very small and the towels provided (on a daily basis) were not fit to use as cleaning cloths! better towels are very much needed.

Exceptionally clean and maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a quiet location just up from the sea front and close to the cafés bars and bus stop. There's a lovely seating area at the front garden with waterfall to relax in the sun and a roof terrace and pool. There are drinks machines including soft drinks, coffee, tea and beer in the reception area which are reasonably priced. Also a lounge area inside with comfy settees to relax and read a book magazine etc or just chill with friends. Overall a very nice hotel in a nice location at affordable prices. I was very pleased and would definitely stay there again.

Good value for money. No English tv and tv very small and too high up to be able to view properly. Staff very pleasant and helpfull. Nice rooftop terrace for sunbathing all day. Very handy for restaurants. Overall would stay again
