Nice quiet place to relax. Enjoyed our vacation and would come back to stay at this property.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE ITS TERRIBLE. There are no staff to help with anything. The villas are located inside a shared premises with other property including a elderly living complex. The pool was disgusting, the villa itself was dirty and old. We had to leave after being there for two hours because we didn’t feel safe at all!!

The property at Isla Mazatlan residence is very comfortable and away from the main strip. If you are looking to relax and not be near too many people this is perfect. The marina view is beautiful. The villa we stayed in was spacious.

The check in was terrible. The guard at entrance did not recognize our reservation. Hotels fixed the problem! Thank you

Very big property. The pool and play gym was right outside our room which was wonderful for the kids. The property was a little old but very clean. The only issue was the air conditioning wasn't working downstairs, however the management helped rectify the situation. When traveling with animals and children, I definitely recommend this property.

Everything was great except the “hot” tub was never actually hot at all. Disappointed as this was the main reason we booked this place

Very clean and beautiful house. Greeting was wonderful. The restaurant is exceptional. I love this Isla Mazatlán.

The staff - from the ladies in the office to the security at the gates, every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly and very helpful. the units were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the dishwasher in one unit and the water heater in the other. Both issues were immediately addressed with a quick call to reception. The on site restaurant Las Tostaderia is fabulous! The food is delicious and they have live entertainment on the weekends. Definitely a place to visit. There are several other restaurants and night spots just a short walk across the marina bridge. The Italian restaurant, La Mona, is fun and has great food and drinks! One perk that we took advantage of, and highly recommend, was the use of the beach at the El Cid resort. Go early and plan to stay for the day. On the downside, and nothing that really draws away from property at all, just something a visitor should know in advance, the units are not on the "main road" and as such, unless you have a car, you need to make arrangements in advance for transportation around Mazatlan. Also the units were lacking in kitchen supplies, not a major problem just something to be aware of and easily remedied with a quick trip to Walmart. All and all, we had a wonderful vacation!

I liked the location of the resort , away from all the noise of the night life. Also the staff was very prompt in attending to my needs . The room was HUGE !! Loved the size. The only downside is that it’s getting older, might need to get some attention in the near future.

excellent place to stay, very attractive, clean and well decorated , very secure gated community, allows pets if fit criteria. Only problem is the number of levels for people who have trouble with stairs.

Large unit, lovely setting, nice layout. the air conditioning was insufficient to keep the place cool, even when left on high setting for overnight. A lot of 'little things' not quite right, furnishings showed wear and tear. If your expectation is that this is a Ritz-Carleton you will be disappointed, but if you are OK with a more 'Mexican' luxury experience its a good value. It was quiet, except for the droning air conditioner.

This place was beyond our expectations. The room was ENORMOUS and clean. The hot tub was amazing. The restaurant was within walking distance and though it didnt look like much the portions were fairly big and the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place for those who want to go to Mazatlan but want to stay away from the strip as we did. I think this place is awesome for kids as they have a pool as well and plenty of green to play on. My wife enjoyed the smell of the beach the entire time we stayed here as well.

Stayed only one night so didn't use all the available facilities. What we did use were great.

The lock was old on the door very hard to open . We asked for king size bed . Had no king double bed . Cockroach in the apartment . No reception to take call , restaurant closed . Not very happy at all!!

The place rents out villas, which are 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Its basically a house. Its comfy and new. and they open up as many bedrroms as you need. This was a surprise since my friend and I had rented two "rooms" so we basically had two separate houses... they were super nice and agreed to change our reservation so that we stayed together in one house. The people are very friendly, the area is new and nice but still under construction so not particularly fun to walk around, but this should improve as soon as the full work is completed. The marina is beautiful and is a nice view.

Lovely and clean villa with sleeping accommodation for six. Convenient location a stones throw from fishing boat rentals and a five minute walk to the Avenida to catch taxis or buses for Golden Zone or Downtown visits.

A lot of space for a big family, very spacious rooms. We recommended the restaurant on site (especially breakfast), great location right in the marina.

The rooms are spacious condo type room. They have a full kitchen, laundry facilities and outside hot tube. The property has a small pool and restaurant that is quit intimate because the resort is so small. I would go back again but would have a rental car sense the taxi fees can add up. Great place
